This will be one of the easiest reviews I can write as Carousel Carpets is amazing! The quote was more than competitive to do my kitchen/dining room floors. The service was amazing. They came out to give me a sample color and when I asked them to come back with other options they couldn’t have been nicer(I was afraid I was being a pain). I have been in sales my whole life and have high expectations for customer service and Brett out did himself. Responsive, friendly and so helpful from start to finish. My floors are done and they are PERFECT!

If I could give Carousel Carpets 6 stars I would because they are FABULOUS! After trying out other carpet stores and going around to various tile stores in the area, there is NO reason to go anywhere else! I have been a loyal client for the past 9 years. using Carousel to supply carpet, tile and even window treatments throughout my house(s). They are responsive, professional and value oriented and I’ll be honest, I’m a very particular consumer. I don’t often write reviews, but Carousel Carpets deserves one. Watch these guys like a hawk! First, the salesman said he didn’t need to come out to give us an estimate, he «knew» what kind of house we had. We’d just moved to the area and figured he knew what he was talking about because he was so confident. We invited him to the house but he refused. Second, we weren’t looking for the cheapest carpet but he evidently thought that’s all we deserved because that’s where he kept steering us. Third, two days before installation was scheduled the salesman called in a panic to say he hadn’t ordered enough carpet and he had to come take measurements because it might cost more. We protested and he backed down and stuck to the original quote. To their credit, the installers came as scheduled but they damaged our walls. When we found the damage, minutes after the installers left, we took pictures and immediately went to the store to show the salesman. The first words out of his mouth were, «my guys didn’t do that.» Then he tried to blame us for making the holes! He told us it was something we’d done and no way his guys could’ve done it. We told him we’d just painted the walls before the carpet came and to look at the pictures because it was clear the damage was done to a freshly painted wall. He didn’t want to hear about it and proceeded to call the installers, who of course denied doing damage, and basically told us tough luck. We ended up paying for the carpet AND to have someone come fix the scrapes and holes in the walls. So check EVERY wall, behind doors, the baseboard, corners — check it all before anyone leaves because they’ll blame you even when proof positive is staring them in the face. They got my money this time but they’ll NEVER get it again. I’ve already had two friends ask who did our carpets and if I’d recommend the company. So while it doesn’t put the repair money back in my pocket I’ve at least steered a few people away.
