I went with a friend for lunch as we wanted to skip the our regular Olive Garden food. It was our first visit to the restaurant and we were not disappointed. They served us freshly baked bread with big portion of food. They did not have much vegetarian choice on the lunch menu and I asked the server if they could prepare something for me being a vegetarian. Viola, he got the the most amazing pasta with lots of vegetables. It was delicious and I will definitely go there again!

The appetizer was good a start to what ended up being a routine dinner. I had a grilled chicken with garlic mashed potatoes. The flavor was ok but the presentation was so boring. A chicken breast and two lumps of potatoes. My dates meal was wrong. The sent out the wrong meal. Which caused us to eat separatly. I probably will not be back for some time if ever.

As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was excited to see what the fuss was all about. A friend had heard good things about the place and wanted to try so I agreed to tag along. I’m a fan of Italian food but rarely eat it so having Carrabas was a treat. I ordered the lasagna which came with a salad. The salad was fresh but definitely on the slight side. The lasagna wasn’t the best but it was edible. It seemed to be slightly overcooked so I probably only ate a third of it. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parmesan and she loved her food. Our server was really pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. I wouldn’t have the lasagna again but wouldn’t hesitate to try something different on a return visit. Note: The restaurant is adjacent to a huge apartment complex. You might think you’re turning into the complex at first but if you look to right you’ll see it.
