Factory Card & Party Outlet

This is my go-​to party store. The store formally known as Factory Card and Party Outlet is now Party City. Costumes, bachlorette party favors, candy favors, balloons, tablecloths, wedding supplies, custom banners… if it’s party related, they have it. This truly is a «party city» because they have everything covered from A — Z that is remotely related to parties. I’ve ordered three substantial balloon orders for various parties from this location and they were always ready for pick-​up when I arrived and they usually lasted a long time. If you have a balloon order, my advice is to call it in. Otherwise, you could have a long wait time.
The staff is hit or miss, some are more professional than others, but the majority of the staff are teens/​college age, so it is what it is. This place can be pricey, but if you sign up to receive emails about various deals going on throughout the year, you can catch some really great deals, plus they even send coupons. They have so many items/​themes to chose from, you could stay here for hours. Halloween is a particularly busy time for this store, but they have awesome costumes in the store and you can place orders via their website. All and all, a pretty cool party supply store.

I have spent more time in party stores in the last year than I have in my entire life and more time than not, this location is my go to. It’s convenient for me to get to and, for the most part, the selection is very good. There are some items that you can only find online instead of at the store (like a plethora of mustaches, which I was most recently on a mission for). That can be really annoying because they should be able to fine these things locally instead of always ordering them, but usually I find what I need and get it at a great price.
The people who work there are friendly enough and helpful for sure. The lines can get backed up at times because I don’t think they have a very large staff, but they try. All in all, if you are planning a party and need a go-​to to check out, this place will definitely fit the majority, if not all of your needs.
