Ordered pizza and wings. Both got to the house in 27 minutes, both hot. Wings could have been crispier but overall a great experience. I’ve never had a problem ordering from this joint, what can I say?!

Understanding that there was a football game on tonight, I order a delivery online. I had 3 boys spending the night at my house so I made my order at 3:00 pm requesting a 7:30pm delivery. At 7:50 I called and spoke to the manager Malik. He stated that online deliveries come to the store 40 minutes before delivery. After talking for a couple of minutes he decided to refund the price of the pizza and send me a free pizza for my trouble. It is now 9:30 and I still have not received my pizza and the phone at Papa Johns is busy. Customer service was unable to reach the store. Never again will I ever use this location. The boys ate spaghetti and went to bed.
*Update* I did receive a cold pizza at 9:43pm. Later, I received a very nice apology letter from corporate and 2 free pizzas.
