A friend and I visited this Quiznos the other day to purchase a sandwich for his mom for lunch. We ordered 2 sandwiches and specifically said«no onions, tomatoes or lettuce» on both sandwiches. We were the only customers in line at the time. A tall young man made the sandwiches, my friend paid for the food and we left the store hoping to reach mom while she was still on her lunch break(she was about 20 minutes away from the store). We made it in time but to our surprise, when mom opened her sandwich, there was tons of the shredded lettuce mingled in with the mayonnaise, honey mustard and melted cheese that was on the sandwich. If Quiznos used actual lettuce leaves, we could have picked out the lettuce but there’s no picking out tons of tiny shreds of lettuce from sauce and melted cheese. Thankfully the other sandwich was made correctly in that it didn’t have any lettuce on it, so I gave her half of it to eat(since her sandwich was made incorrectly), but it was a completely different type of sandwich from the one that we ordered for her(it was not her favorite Quiznos sandwich that she was anticipating to eat). In addition, this sandwich was only big enough to be shared 2 ways so my friend ended up having to get something else to eat because there wasn’t enough for all 3 of us. As you know, Quiznos sandwiches are not cheap; if you pay $ 9+ for a sub you expect(and rightly so) to get what you ordered. Mom did not even take a bite of the sandwich that was made incorrectly; she wrapped it back up and finished her work for the day. On her way home(about 2.5 hours later) she drove out of her way to the Quiznos to return the sandwich; we could not find the receipt for the sandwich but we figured since it was the same day and only a few hours later it wouldn’t be a problem. When mom entered the store she asked to speak with a manager but was told that the manager was not on duty at the time. Mom explained to the cashier what had happened, showed her the uneaten sandwich full of shredded lettuce(again there were no bite marks or pieces missing as mom did not eat any of the sandwich) and requested a full refund. The cashier began to insult mom’s integrity and question if the sandwich had actually been purchased from that store. She showed no respect for mom and had no empathy for the situation demonstrating very poor customer service and lack of common courtesy. The cashier then asked the tall young man if he remembered making the sandwich in which he replied, «I made alot of sandwiches today.» Mom requested that the cashier contact the store manager. The cashier called the manager and explained what happened and then she handed the phone to mom stating that the manager wanted to talk to her. Mom took the phone and had to explain the entire situation again to the manager, who also showed dreadful customer service, again insulting and questioning mom’s integrity. The manager finally decided that the best solution would be to remake the sandwich correctly. So now after being inconvenienced by having to drive out of her way to return a sandwich that was made incorrectly, and having to endure the insults and poor customer service of the staff and manager, mom was expected to wait while they remade a sandwich that was no longer desired or needed at the time. This Quiznos has appalling customer service to say the least!!! No refund was offered and no apology was offered. Mom did nothing wrong and did not deserve to be treated in such a disgraceful manner!!! I would not recommend this Quiznos to anyone and will take my business to a different location in the future.

I came to this location because my 4yr old nephew had to use the bathroom and was appalled when the sandwich maker/manager/owner berated me and yelled that the restroom was for customers only. What type of business owner refuses to allow toddlers to use the bathroom? I was so taken back by her rudeness I didn’t bother to point out that I eat here all the time for lunch. By far too many other dining options within this shopping center for me to ever support this establishment again.

Ugh, it hurts to write this review but after going to this location for over 3 years I guess it’s about time. I am familiar with the lady who owns this franchise as well as a few of the workers. She runs a TIGHT ship… maybe a little too tight and I humbly believe that it is affecting her business. Quizno’s has good sandwiches and it would be nice to just skip over to this location for lunch or dinner due to convenience but in this case I’ll drive out a little further for a few reasons… 1) She doesn’t excepts coupons. and I MEANNOCOUPONS. Even though Unilocal advertise like $ 1 off a regular sub or something like that she will NOT honor it and IF she does make an exception the coupon must be PRINTED out… PRINTED…with such advance technology these days who in the world still does this? Oh yea, this location does… 2) Customer service is hit or miss. I’ve gone in here and was rushed while ordering my sandwich and there was like 1 — 2 people in line IFTHAT and on the other hand there are times that I have gone here to pick up lunch and I was able to order, pay and leave in a timely manner with no hassle. Than there were quite a few times when the guys are just too busy being flirtatious to get my daughter and I orders right. The owner is there quite a bit working the line and the register and she can be pretty moody… to the point of border line rude. Not cool! Well, those 2 reasons are good enough reason for me to choose another location. Sad because I want to give this location high star but unfortunately even after 3 years I can’t do that. Hopefully, things will improve and I’ll be able to add a few stars to this review.

Very unusual place… I’ve visited this location twice and each time that I’ve come in the place looks deserted and the staff members are all in the back. They seem like they would rather be somewhere else! I ordered a make your own sub and after dealing with the employee with the attitude, the manager(I guess) comes out and tells them to ring me up for a different type of sandwich that was higher and not what I ordered. So after that argument, they finally charged me correctly, that will definitely be my last visit

This is the worst Quiznos. If I could have given it NEGATIVE100 stars I would have. I will never go back. The lady who runs the register who I later found out was the owner of the store is the most hateful rude person I have ever seen in my life. Not only was she yelling at her employees the ENTIRE30 minutes we were in the store she was yelling, rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks to all the customers. It was horrific to say the least. I had ordered olives on my sub and they didn’t put them on there. My boyfriend went up to get them and she snapped«she should have asked for them», he said she did. She asked him to get back in line and it would be 50 cents with the biggest attitude. I never complain and when I went back to work I wrote the email address on the site. Turns out SHE was the owner and SHE wrote back and her letter was not in the least bit apologetic. Awful service, awful staff, awful food. Don’t ever go there.

My last experience at this particular quiznos was awful. To make a long story short I had ordered 4 different subs one with no mayo. The preparer kept putting mayo on the sandwich. Finally a lady at the register came over and said can I help you? «YOU» are wasting our food. At that point I requested a refund and she denied. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and I said well let me have the number to the owner. She gave me the owners number And i called while i was in the store and a phone rang in the store she picks up her cell and says hello. She was the owner also. So not only was I blamed for wasting her food the owner had a nasty sarcastic attitude. I WILLNEVERSPENDANOTHERDIMEATTHISSTORE! If you are in the area and you want quiznos go to the one on Annapolis Rd. always awesome service.

If I had to vote for the worst fast food sub place on the planet it would be this one. To be honest, there are very few Quizonos that I have gotten a decent sub at but I foolishly think that the next time I go there, it’ll be different. This last time has taught me a lesson. This particular Quizonos is in the same shopping center with a Chipolte, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a Panera, Chik-fil-a and Starbucks. Anyone of those places would have better food, better prepared and better tasting than this Quiznos. I’m surprised that there seems to be a line but there is. The sub was poorly prepared and tasted horrible with an after taste I’m still burping up 3 hours later. To top it all off, the sub prices are good but the chips and cookie and soft drinks are so over priced that they could give away the sub for free and still make a huge profit. Can you tell I didn’t have a wonderful experience?
