I was very pleased with the re-glazing. I hadn’t been able to take a bath for some time. It was extremely white as if I had gotten a new tub. No problem with caulking or anything else. Mr. Swinson did a fabulous job.

Renew-It refinished our tub in October 2013. The mat he placed on top of the tub starting peeling up in July 2014. Then the enamel cracked around the mat getting worse and worse. When I called to get it fixed, Kermit kept trying to figure out ways to get out of the warranty, suggesting that we misused the tub or used harsh chemicals to crack the enamel. Finally he agreed to come fix the tub after a lot of complaining about what a big job it was going to be. He was supposed to show up at 10am, 11:30 rolls around and I call him, no answer, I call again every few hours, no answer. Finally around 2pm he calls me back and says something came up and he can’t make it at all. I took off the entire day for this! Now instead of fixing the enamel he says he’ll just order a larger mat and cover the cracking enamel. He said he’d call me back with details, it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything. Buyer beware the warranty doesn’t mean a full replacement and it’s a pain for them to actually come and do the work.

I got a tub reglaze for $ 379 which included stripping the old paint from a porcelain tub. The technician promised to return to «wet sand’ the finish if it felt gritty which it did the next day. After numerous calls/emails to the company to finish the work. They have a BBB symbol on their web site( ) so I filed a BBB complaint. They supposedly have a 5 year warranty on their work but they don’t care about their customers. I plan to use«miracle method» to redo what this company did.
