I had a stain on a piece of furniture, I explained that this was an off-​white chaise with a red stain. The man attempted to clean the chaise lounge with the different sprays and hot water. The stain appeared to have increased in size, but he told me that it only looked like that because it was wet and that when it dried the stain would be gone. He told me to call back the next day if it wasn’t. Later that same evening, the fabric was dry but the stain was still there and bigger than the original stain. I called ServPro back and they said that they were closed for the weekend and it would have to wait until Monday.
I ended up cleaning the stain myself. I wasted $ 145 on Servpro.
