I made an appointment weeks in advance. I saved things to my favorites on the David’s Bridal website so they could pull them up when I got there. I walked in and the person at the door looked me up in the computer and said, «you know we don’t have Vera Wang right?» And i was like, «No, how would I know that?» The person at the door just stared at me. She was so rude. They don’t carry Melissa Sweet or Vera Wang. I had 10 dresses from their website written down that I wanted to look at, and they only carried ONE of them. The consultant I eventually got was very nice, but I was so mad about the person I encountered when I first got there that it ruined the whole experience. Go to the David’s Bridal in Franklin, TN instead. They have a LOT more dresses and Gwen(a consultant there) is amazing!

AWFULSERVICE. Horrible return policy. They sign you up for SPAM emails. I went there looking for bridal dresses, my consultant seemed uninformed, and was definitely inattentive. I used to work in a more upscale salon when I was 20 years old, and we would NEVER treat our customers like that. The store is crammed tight. I had an appointment, and I would presume they only schedule enough appointments as they have dressing rooms, but apparently there was a party of bridesmaids trying on dresses, and they made them all 6 share 1 dressing room. Which happened to be right next to mine. So everytime I tried to open my door I would bump one of them because they were all standing in front of it staring at the mirror(they have mirrored doors). On a separate occasion, I thought I needed a bustier for a dress I was about to be fitted for. David’s Bridal is open til 9pm on Fridays so I ran in to purchase one. They didn’t even have my size, but I found one that sort of fit. Freaking $ 84, but I sucked it up and signed the credit card receipt because I THOUGHT I had to have it. When I get home and try it on the with dress, turns out the dress that had fit perfect before, is now too tight. So I go back LESSTHAN24HOURSLATER to return it. They will NOT give me my money back. It’s never been worn, and still had all the tags. I owned it less than 24 hours. They would only do an even exchange. I asked if I could exchange it for another type of overpriced bra(the stick on kind), and get the difference $ back. They said no. ALSO, DONOTGIVETHEMYOUREMAILADDRESS! I’ve gotten SO much SPAM from them. I keep trying to unsubscribe and block, but they keep coming. I am SO glad I did not get my dress from there. I ended up getting one from a much more upscale salon, with knowledgable, kind, and caring consultants.
