If I could give less than one star, I would. I recommend using Howard’s Bike Shop if you want to be ignored when you enter the store, given the run-around when you call to ask if they’ve fixed your bike yet, and charged for services never provided. I took my road bike in for repair and tune-up. They had my bike for a month. Whenever I called to see if it was ready, they said they were waiting for a part to come in. Frustrated after so long, I went into the shop to see what was happening. My bike was hanging on the back wall of the shop gathering dust and cobwebs. It had not even been touched or looked at. In order to get my bike back I had to pay for a tune-up. When they got it down from the wall for me to take home, both tires were flat, the gear shift still wasn’t fixed, and the bike was dirtier than when I brought it in. I took my bike straight from there to a bike shop down the road where they fixed the gear shift in five minutes.
