Katana Japanese Express is just excellent. The food is fantastic, delicious, and reasonably-​priced; and the staff is very friendly! I like it so much that I’ve made it part of my weekly routine. The Hibachi Steak is highly recommended!

I travel ALOT, and sushi is always my «go to». This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants by far. The service is always good and the food is really fresh and tasty, not old and stale. Good job!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was incredible for fast/​casual Japanese! It had a chic atmosphere, was very clean, and the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will certainly be back again!

My first visit to Katana was one of the best experiences I’ve had! We were welcomed in the door by friendly staff and the girl took our order right away. They have a wide variety of hibachi style entrée’s and great sushi rolls as well. My kids loved their egg rolls and chicken and rice bowl and my husband and I had some of their more premium sushi rolls. All in a very clean and very neat atmosphere.
This is our third time back this week!

I really enjoyed Katana the few times I have been. I tend to get hibachi but today I tried the sushi and it’s one of the better places I’ve been that is fast casual for sushi. I will be back.
