We used to love getting food at this place anytime we were in Bowling Green. It had been a while since we’ve been and apparently it had a management change about a year ago. We had to wait forever for our food! There were a minimum of five other customers complaining that their food was wrong or taking too long. The manager on duty did not have an ounce of customer service skills. We had her remove a an item due to the time it was taking and she did it three times and still shorted us 5.00. Either go to the other location on Nashville or go somewhere else!!!

First time eating here. The food was pretty good. My only issue is the server kept putting the hot plated food in front of my 9mo old instead of the other end of the table. She could have hurt herself by reaching out. I just think servers need to be retrained so an incident doesn’t happen.

The worst customer service/management I have every experienced I love the food but I waited 55 min when quoted a 30 min delivery … Would not have been a big deal other than they had marked my delivery as a carry out and it was not even on it’s way… even when I asked for a quote on how long my food would take to get to me when I ordered it … Then when I talked to the manager he acted like it was my fault and his employee was correct and that it would take another 45 min for them to delivery the sandwich … He was not apologetic he did not try to do anything to make it right or even act like my patronage was an issue he was concerned about …

I love Mancino’s!!! I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. They have the best regular and thing crust pizzas. I have tried every sandwich and my favorite is an Italian grinder!

Over priced and very cheap pizza! Only reason we went there is because Genos was closed! Never again!

We were staying at the Hampton Inn and needed to order a pizza after we put our daughter to bed. Delivery was essential. Chose Mancino’s based on it’s urbanspoon rating. The pizza was amazingly delicious(large with artichoke hearts, olives, and spinach). Even the crust was good. We ordered before our daughter was alseep, were able to set our delivery time for later that night. Really good price, like $ 9 for a plain cheese pie before toppings, and just $ 2 delivery fee. I did see all the negative reviews on urbanspoon beforehand, but it just didn’t line up with the strong urbanspoon % rating. Wanted to share my thoughts since I really felt this place was great. People complained about service but they were really nice and accomodating by phone, and the delivery guy was nice too.

We ate at Mancino’s on Saturday night(July 12th) since our hotel was within walking distance. Growing up, my dad put leftover meatloaf and ketchup on a piece of bread and called that«pizza»…and I’d rather eat that than eat Mancino’s ever again. Pizza is awful. Maybe being from a Chicago is part of it, but maybe also because it’s really just awful. Also, the woman working at the counter couldn’t have hated me more. Makes sense seeing as I was coming into her home demanding free food(except it was her workplace and I paid for it). She was rude and I watched her ignore another customer when he called for her help several times.

8 people working. 3 people eating inside. We go in for a to-go order and as I sit here, we are at the 25 minute mark. For a half grinder and a calzone. Still waiting for food.

Pros: extensive menu with options for everyone, plenty of seating, quick service Cons: Am I the only one who thinks a grinder should come with some chips? I stopped in here for a quick dinner with my mom while on a road trip. Two half sized grinders and two drinks set us back about 17 bucks. A little pricey for what we got, especially since the grinders didn’t come with a side of chips or anything. However, both the grinders were great. French dip with au jus dipping sauce for me and a turkey bacon ranch for my mom. We both agreed they were equally yummy and were perfect for a quick dinner. I’d happily return here for a quick bite to eat.

Eh. I ordered the thin crust with some veggies and light cheese. The crust was a pretty great thin crust. It was a bit chewy by thin and not crackery or greasy. The sauce was ok too. The toppings were not even and 2 of the 3 toppings I ordered were really scarce. The pizza had regular cheese on it rather than the light I asked for. It was on there pretty thick. I had trouble finding the place in my GPS and on Google Maps. I called for help and the person who answered said that there were no other building or businesses nearby to help me locate it. After a 10 minute conversation I discovered that it shares a parking lot with a major hotel and is next to MANY other major businesses. If the toppings had been more plentiful I would say it was worth the price but since they weren’t and the cheese was wrong, it’s not worth the price. Try to find a coupon.

This review is for the Sub sandwiches. They are made with soft, fresh bread and that makes a world of difference in a sandwich. We got their lunch special which is ½ sandwich and a drink for $ 5 which is very filling. We would stop here again.

First off I love their grinders. Full of toppings and huge! They toast all of them. Their ‘half’ size is almost a foot long at Subway. I’ve tried about a half dozen different grinders they have to offer and all have been really good. My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch. Tried the pizza last week and it was alright. I’d say its an ‘average’ pizza. We had the pineapple and ham pizza with regular crust. Also had salads which weren’t too bad. The atmosphere is nice, everything is very clean. Doesn’t come off as a greasy pizza parlor, or even a Pizza Hut. It’s a fast restaurant where you walk up and order and get your own drinks but they bring the food to you. Overall good food, but I like them more for the subs than pizza.

Greasy. Cheap-tasting ingredients. We all felt sorta sick afterwards. Probably great for college students or junk food cravings, but I’m too old for that now. Haven’t tried the grinders, so no clue about them.

A walk-up and order pizza, grinder, and pasta place. Clean, non-smoking, and pleasant. Patio also appears to be non-smoking, yay! We can eat and breathe at the same time! Pizza either thin or «original» crust, not really thick. Pizza tasty, mushrooms were fresh, not canned. Very good for a fast– food pizza place, and that’s what the rating is on, not what I wish it were.
