Recently dropped off a black and white striped decorator rug at Master Clean. It had been spot cleaned and the black «bled» into the white as a light blue. Several days later received a telephone call from Mater Clean explaining they could not guarantee that the black area of the rug would not bleed into the white (as the spot which was cleaned). We brainstormed several options to clean the one spot, which we will try at home. Thank you, Brandon, for being so honest about the possible outcomes if you had gone ahead and cleaned the rug as we had requested!
