these guys are the real deal. Real cons, the stereotypical lying, cheating mechanic. They would not quote me a price on replacing brakes. Told them not to fix it without giving me a price, so they called me and said the parts were on their way… but still no price. Told them again not to repair without quote. so they did call me, quoted a ridiculous price (parts were more than doubled). I told them forget it and they guy was very hostile, told me I should not «buy a car like that if I didn’t expect to spend alot of money.» When I went to pick up the car he charged me $ 40 for diagnostics, although he had never mentioned there being a charge. He could have quoted me his price for brake replacement without doing a diagnostic test. I spent ½ the price to get them replaced somewhere else.
