Nail Express

MY NAILS WERE DISINTEGRATED AND MY CUTICLES COMPLETELY BURNED!!! During my pedicure, my hands were put in ziploc bags with what was supposed to be cuticle softener. After 10 min. my hands burned so badly that I took the bags off. At the manicure chair, the woman started scraping with a cuticle scraper. Instead of scraping cuticle, she scraped away my nails. The bag had been filled with callous remover and completely turned my nails into jelly. I had to have fake nails placed on top of my tissue paper thin nails so that my hands were useable. My fingernails were throbbing and my cuticles were red and burning. My nails are now ruined until a completely new nail grows back in. AND they had the audacity to try to charge me for the pedicure!!! They are LUCKY that I just walked out!!! PLUS, they still use a razor for their pedicures which I was recently told is now illegal…
