Very quick service. The French fries could have been cooked a little longer. Burgers were cooked well and tasted fresh. The chicken nuggets were under cooked too. People working were nice and friendly but the fries and nuggets need to cook longer. The Dr. pepper I ordered was very nasty! No syrup in the drink makes everything just nasty. I will give them a second chance see what happens.

Whenever we are traveling from Michigan to visit with my relatives in Ohio, my wife and I like to stop at this Wendy’s as our mid point break. The staff are always friendly. The place is always clean. The food is always well prepared. The service is always quick. It makes for a really pleasant trip to stop off here.
That being said… this trip was no different. The service was so quick that my food was ready in the time that it took me to put my change away. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was not overpoweringly spicy. It had a nice pleasant level of spiciness. The chicken meat was juicy and tender. The toppings and bun were fresh. The fries were crisp.

Kudos to Megan Tyson and the staff at Wendy’s in Bowling Green, Ohio! My wife accidentally left her keys in a booth there when we stopped for lunch (great as always) the other day on our way home to Michigan. After an exhaustive search at home, I called Wendy’s on a hunch and sure enough, they had found the keys. But even more, Megan packed up the keys, took them to FedEx and had them mailed to our home the very next day. This is what «customer service» is all about (even when the customers are at fault). Thank you, Megan and the Wendy’s team in Bowling Green!

The best staff I have ever experienced at a Wendy’s — Krista you rock!
Driving from Michigan to Florida and stopped here for lunch. Unfortunately this will probably be the best fast food place we stop all trip.
