Me and my wife used Swymfit for about 6 months and it was not a great experience. Our original intention was to use the swimming pool however because it was always full we decided to start using the fitness equipment. They only got few machines in the second floor and couple of months ago one of the treadmills was not working properly and they took over 4 months to replace it so during that time I was unable to run because the other machine was always being used. They charge $ 135 if you have direct debit taken from your bank account and $ 150 if you pay monthly. I think is overpriced since they only got few machines and the swimming pool is always full with children. We will be purchasing a home so we will be moving out of town, when we went to the gym to give them 30 days notice, they still charged our debit card. When I called to make a complaint, they told me that I was harassing and even though the manager handled my complaint pretty well, the owner of this business was very rude and disrespectful to me. Part of his answer to my complaint: «I just spoke with Kathleen about your rude and harassing comments to my staff. You need to stop your terrible behavior. It is unfortunate that the internet gives a voice to such judgmental and impatient people as you.» Can you imagine? I called them twice and they are saying we were using harassing comments. I do not recommend doing business with them until they learn to treat customers with respect and not act like they are wrong.

Our 5-year-old took 2 sessions of private swimming lessons. He didn’t learn to swim ATALL. Everyone there was super nice, but it just wasn’t worth the time or money.

Our daughter took swimming lessons here last winter(age 7) and we did not get our money’s worth. The swim instructor was a teenager, which we weren’t opposed to except that she just didn’t have enough experience to be able to keep a pool full of giddy 7-year-old girls focused enough to get much done. A lot of time was spent with the girls waiting on the steps while she helped each individual kid do a lap, one at a time. Needless to say, my daughter didn’t learn a whole lot and she LOVES to swim and was really eager to learn. The facilitates are mediocre, nothing special. I did see some other classes of older kids that seemed to have very strong instruction — this one just fell short. We aren’t going back.
