Beware. This company tried to scam my elderly mother out of $ 800+. They claimed she required a new pump and thermostat. Since this was recently installed she refused the repair and paid the service charge.
She called another local company and they found all of the wiring was pulled out of the thermostat and from the unit. They were able to get it running by reattaching the wiring and replacing the thermostat battery.
I would be cautious about using these guys.

DO NOT USE! They don’t stand behind their work. I spent $ 4000 on a brand new AC. I had it checked at a year. No problems. 2 months later, the drains needed to be cleaned out. I understand that can happen. $ 125 later, they were cleaned. Then, 2 months later, the unit stopped up again. I called and told them that apparently the work wasn’t done well the first time. They said they could come back out for another fee ($ 125) and do it again. I told them it should be free since there is no way this should be happening so often. They said no. They said I should buy their maintenance plan for $ 310. Terrible customer service. Use someone else!!!

Our AC had been down for an entire day. We thought the unit just needed to be defrosted, which is why we let it sit off for a whole day. When it still wasn’t working we called ATC. Bernard was scheduled to be out to our condo that afternoon, but due to the obnoxiously difficult association that we live in, they wouldn’t let him in. I truly appreciated him trying his hardest to get by the guard dogs (the ones that we had previously warned of Bernard’s arrival).
Bernard kindly switched our appointment to first thing the next morning. Terry came out and serviced our unit. He was able to quickly identify that our fan relay majig wasn’t functioning. He had the proper parts in his van and was able to resolve our issue, clean the unit, check the freon level, and be out in an hour.
Would definitely use ATC again!
