Dry burger. Simple frozen patty over cooked. Buffalo chips soft and soggy. Not satisfied at all.

I would think twice before visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant wasn’t even half full during season, which isn’t a good sign. The whole experience was atrocious. It took 1 hour just to get our wings, and when we finally got them they were cold. Not sure why it took so long when wings are the easiest thing in the menu to make… a few minutes in a deep fryer then tossed in wing sauce and bam 10 minutes tops they should be done. The taste and texture of the wings are below average at best. I would rather order chicken nuggets from McDonalds than eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again. You couldn’t even pay me to give it another try. I’m sorry I had to even vote 1 star.

I didn’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings until I started coming to this one. Everyone is so nice and the coupons and deals I get sent to my email are definitely useful! Love the atmosphere and food is great!

Very unhappy with their food. Would not recommend this location. See photos. Better places to eat in the Boynton Beach/Congress location.

I usually don’t like chain restaurants but really wanted wings and figured I’d give them a shot. The hostess could use a little more energy but other than that the service was excellent. Our server had a great attitude, constantly checked in on us replacing empty drinks as needed and new the menu. The wings have no breaking and are fried to well done, super crispy. Mango Habanero is insanely hot, which I was warned, but still good. We also had the garlic sauce, also good. It’s a wing joint/sports bar so if you go in with the expectation of a place to go to grab some beers, bar food, and hang out you will enjoy. Overall this was a great experience.

I have been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings before, the closest one to me used to be in Wellington so I was pleased when this one opened! It’s right next to another popular wing spot, but this one is much bigger. The restaurant itself is huge, lots of tv’s, lots of tables(never had to wait) and usually clean. I always have different experiences here, never complained about the service until last night when the server was almost shocked and disappointed that we ordered water… Rude?! All in all its a hit or miss depending on the day. The manager(I think) stopped by to make sure everything was okay, he was very nice.

Went. Hated it. They got everything wrong, left stuff off, took way too long; not to mention it was fairly empty so no reason for all the issues I had that night. 99% chance I won’t be back.

I visited again this past Saturday afternoon, and still have no complaints. I called ahead to make sure that they would be covering the Michigan game(Go Blue!) and we sat at the bar once we arrived. We were happy that there were fellow Michigan fans there for the game. I was surprised at how relatively slow the restaurant seemed to be. I mean it was mid-day(3:30pm), which is between meal periods, but I thought there would be more patrons there to watch football games. Anyway, they had 2 ciders available(one of which Strongbow — the best!), so I was more than happy. Then we ordered different appetizers throughout the game to absorb some of the alcohol. Overall, we’ve yet to have a bad experience at this location and will continue to return when we are in town.

Worst wings I’ve ever eaten. Luke warm at best with very little sauce. I also had the potato chip fries with cheese. They were also barely warm and the cheese was no longer melted. Service was terrible!!! Prices are reasonable. If you want to watch the game on huge TV’s and eat horrible food, this is your place!

I just had a co-worker bring me back food from here for the first time. When I opened the container, it was less than appetizing. It looked like somebody ate it already. DISGUSTING. I’ll never order from there again. There are too many other good places. Now, I can see why the CEO is against the $ 15 minimum wage. Who would want to work there with the lousy pay and the crappy food?

I usually come on their busy days as their traditional wings are 60 cents on Tuesdays and boneless wings are 60 cents on Thursdays. You’re able to customize such as f you want all flat. The take out counter is usually busy and confused. I hate waiting for my food longer than what I’m told and the girls are so busy picking up the phones they don’t even know if my food has been brought over or not. Other than that, dining in is fine. They provide a tablet for kids!

Service was slow. Waited 20 minutes to give our order and thirty minutes for lousy food. Appetizer and entrees came out together. Manager Alex came over and asked me what we wanted to do with the entrees. Told him to take them back. He said«Fine, I’ll box them up and take them home for my dinner». I told him to prepare two new entrees to which he said«yeah I’ll prepare you a special entrée alright» Place should be condemned by board of health.

We went back tonight for my birthday. Had a great time. The same manger that talked to us last time was there. He came right over to us. He asked how everything was going. We said it was fine. He said good cause they got their act together now. He was right. The server we had was on point big time. They have weeded out the bad ones, as far as we could see. The food was awsome. We had the soft pretzel to start with. Then we had the wings of course. For my birthday treat. They gave me an awesomely huge piece of cake and ice cream. I got say it again they are moving the right way.

New location but under terrible management. I am a fan of the BWW franchise, but I’ve been to much better locations. The building is huge and new, with plenty of seating and televisions for your sports fix. You also get a tablet for the table, which kids can play games or adults can play each other at trivia or poker. My party and I shared the mini corn dog appetizers and traditional wings. Corn dogs are great, and they come with a honey mustard dipping sauce. The wings are dressed with a lot of sauce, which I appreciate. They tend to be over cooked, so be sure to tell your server how you want your order prepared. While I did not have a bad experience, The service could have been better. I think it comes to inadequate training of the staff. I visited during a slower night where the restaurant was not very packed. Our server was not very attentive and I had to tell her EVERYTHING that our table needed: silverware, napkins, plates to eat on. I can’t imagine how service would be during busy hours, but management should step their game up.

Im giving this the extra star as my kids love the boneless wings. I don’t care for them as they have a thick hard batter. The teriyaki bbq sauce is very good. You can try all the sauces before ordering. They bring the sample w some fries. Appetizers. Mozzarella sticks and corn dogs are delicious. The chips & salsa were terrible of the 8 of us no one could eat them.(3 – 7 pm weekdays $ 3 happy hour) As for the meal. I do not recommend the overcooked dry burger or the side salad in place of fries which by the way was an extra 1.70 charge that she neglected to mention. Side salad was wilted and not good. The pork sandwich I hear was ok. The others all ordered the boneless wings with variety of sauces and they enjoyed them. They do give you a handheld device about the size of an iPad mini to play trivia questions on the big screen or other games. Some enjoyed doing this. As we were leaving and they were less busy I observed them handing one to a young child waiting as her group waited for their table. Otherwise they give you one when seated. As for the service. You must keep in consideration how busy they were. We waited about 35 minutes to get a table. It took a while to get our appetizers and first drink refill but the entire staff was working hard together and moving at all times so it was very acceptable.
