This review may not make it to the front page, since for some reason every single review I write gets filtered by Unilocal down to the «undependable» review section. None the less, I want to write this review because David Barry Jewelers did such an amazing job for me! I was in last week to select our engagement ring for my fiancée. I worked with Steve over the course of two days, and we picked out the setting, the diamond, and the wedding band as well. Our choice was an emerald cut diamond, which is harder to find because of the current popularity of round and princess cuts. Within 12 hours Steve brought in five emerald cut diamonds, all at the weight that I wanted with varying cut and color grades for me to choose between. There was no pressure at all, and he truly helped me select an amazing ring for my fiancée, which was confirmed again on Saturday night when I proposed and she said yes! Thanks for all of your help and being a part of our event!

A friend of mine went into David Barry Jewelers in Boynton Beach today to buy a battery for his watch. It was only a $ 5 purchase. He presented his debit card and the clerk said it was declined. Then my friend tried to give Mr. Barry cash for the purchase. He told my friend to get out of his store and grabbed the battery. When my friend returned home, he found that his debit card had been charged the $ 5 + tax for the battery. When he returned to the Jewelers, Mr. Barry would not acknowledge that my friend had paid for the battery that was charged to him OR that he never received the merchandise. In the meantime, the PayPal receipt shows that the battery was charged by David Barry Jewelers. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Mr. Barry’s rudeness and unprofessional behavior has no place in a retail establishment.
