Downtown Boynton Beach

Horrible the service is even worse then what you might expect anywhere… I asked for reg first class mail and the postman customer service clerk whatever he is decides I should send priority mail So my $ 2 and change package that cost me a whole $ 12 just cost me $ 9 in postage When I asked him why he did that he said that’s what I wanted… WTF no I never said that «first class» is NOT priority and I sure didn’t need $ 50 in insurance He said he would fix it after I asked to speak with his supervisor But it’s the holidays and the line was long And I just wanted to get out of there… Go anywhere else but this location … I might have saved money if I went to a UPS or FedEx store What a rip off!!!
