I love the Florida Club. The neighborhood is quiet and very pet friendly. I took a 7 month lease because I sold my house and needed a place until my new home was ready. They keep the grounds very clean. If you need maintenance in your apartment it’s done right away. The staff is very nice and always helpful. The club house is being renovated so haven’t been able to take advantage of that amenity. I walk the walking trail frequently and enjoy the view of the lake and landscaping. I love that it so convenient to the turnpike and Target. Would definitely recommend Florida Club to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
