I have had such a very positive experience with Mattress Xperts that I just bought my fourth mattress from them! The salesmen are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and courteous and make the job of picking a mattress easier. The selection is vast and plenty of options available! I got a great deal on a high quality mattress! Most importantly Mattress Xperts are honest. Delivery is quick and I highly recommend them over other mattress stores (I have been to many over my lifetime). They made buying a mattress a fun experience!

After going to a store that only sold 1 type of mattress I decided to go here because I knew they had at least three different types. Greg helped my wife and I tremendously to pick out the perfect mattress and within an hour we bought a great mattress at a great price. They delivered it the next day and took our old mattress with them. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their expertise and service.

Not knowing much about mattresses our friend recommended we stop in and speak with Tim. Let me just say, this was the most pleasurable experience I have had buying anything in a long time. Tim is extremely knowledgable, patient, and professional. He listened to my needs, asked pertinent questions to fit my sleep style to a mattress that has me looking forward to going to bed every night. I recommend Mattress Experts to anyone with any budget. They treat you like family.

Bait and switch was definitely practiced by your manager. He offered to sell me the unit that raises the mattress for $ 800 plus tax! I accepted that price. Then when I was home he called to say it would be close to $ 1000. Wanted to know if I still wanted it! What would you call that?
This is the first you even mention that you would have been willing to exchange, but of course now you wont.
That was all I ever asked for. That would have avoided all this and all that may yet occur.
I wanted to discuss with someone other than the person in the store and he absolutely refused to give me a name or a telephone with which to do so.
The argument of whether my friend spoke English well enough, has nothing to do with the mattress not being acceptable.
You do need to replace those policies.

I was drawn to this store because they are family owned and they focus on price match and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did have to exchange the original mattress that I purchased but Tina and Sam made it a smooth and easy process. Sam was friendly and helpful and worked patiently with me. I look forward to trying out my new Simmons Beautyrest that I fell in LOVE with in the store!
