One of the things I miss most from moving away from Boynton beach is stopping by here and getting a sub before hitting the beach. So delicious!!!

Delicious and fresh! Tried this deli for the first time and the guys there are so nice and their food is awesome. I got #36 turkey, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, dijionaise, and bacon! So yummy and fresh! Will definitely return and try something new, although #36 will be my go to! Hubby got his sandwich on an Italian roll, with turkey and salami, also delicious. Can’t go wrong for a filling meal with decent prices. Potato salad is also super good, more on the pickley/mustardy side but I like that better than the typical overly mayoy kind! Go… You won’t regret it!

This deli it’s the heart and soul of businesses in gulf stream! All of their frozen food, as well as their fresh deli sandwiches are delicious. My favorite deli is the turkey club with a side of egg salad.

I love this place! Richie makes the best sandwiches! Great beer & wine selection. Today though I’m a little nervous. Is he selling the place? Three guys are making sandwiches that I’ve never seen after years of coming here. They are AWFUL!!! I’ve never waited longer in my life. They have NO Clue what they are doing –they don’t know the menu at all & are in no way friendly. Not the same experience I’m used to here. They are busier than I’ve ever seen but I promise you if service continues like this I can not imagine anyone coming back. If it stays this way — my stars will go down to one.

This deli in is about the best you will find in the palm beach area for sandwiches and hero’s. The rolls are amazing! It’s the closest you will get to a NY sandwich in the area. A must go too place!

My friend dragged me to this place. Like it says… it is a seaside deli/pantry. Everyone in there was super polite. I ordered my sandwich and got a gourmet cream soda. Sandwich was fresh and stellar. No complaints here. The Italian(#6) my friend got looked amazing. Rock solid place. Can’t really go wrong. You just can’t eat your food here. It is all to go. No benches outside even. So know that going in.

No. 13 is the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! I love this deli, the sandwiches are amazing and the atmosphere is very«surf» and casual. My favorite place to stop on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. I’m also convinced #13 is the best hangover cure!

This place was great. Emphasis on the WAS. Now, when you call in, the guy behind the cash register, who sounds like a thug, routinely says«we’re out of food. But there is chicken salad.» Wasn’t sure about this, the second time I heard it, so I walked over to see what was going on. Sure enough, the place was empty. No customers. 6:00 p.m. Saturday night and nobody there? Looked into the deli counter and saw lots and lost of meats, couldn’t understand why I was told they were out of food. Very strange. Oh well, they lost a customer today. Actually, my entire family. We had been buying sandwiches here for a very long time(as the prior reviews are right, the sandwiches were very good). Perhaps you’ll get lucky and find Richie behind the counter. Based upon what I’ve experienced, and how I was treated by the staff, I’m not going back.

Their sandwiches were divine. The store was just amazing. My husband and I ate and shopped here weekly for over 20 years. It was our go to sandwich shop on our day off together. But when they found out(not from us) our ideals were not exactly the same as theirs, they started messing with our sandwiches. No one ever approached us, no one ever said hey what’s up with this? I would have more respect for Richie and the others if they just said, «look please do not come back», even if they never approached us for any clarification. No we found out from someone else. The childish games, screwing with our food, were very disappointing. Grow a pair dude. Restaurants used to welcome repeat business, because even in hard times those were the people in the community that continued to support the business — not sure what the problem is here. Best to you, really glad you are doing so well that don’t need repeat customers — we found a better sandwich place thanks to your unfounded prejudices.

While the sandwiches are still amazing because of Richie, the new owners just don’t seem to get running a business. Yes the music is the same(love that) but it’s not the same friendly atmosphere. The woman who I’m assuming is the owners wife seems to look down on people, rude with her nose in the air. The son likes to talk about the fact that he was manager of a Taco Bell, this is a high class establishment not a Taco Bell. The store is run more like a family hang out than a business. I use to frequent this store 3 or 4 times a week but now I think my seaside days are over. I will stop in once month just to talk with Richie but that will be the extent of me supporting this business! I really hope they hire someone with business sense so this place doesn’t die forever but I’m not hopeful.

Fantastic little place. It’s been sold recently, but the new owners seem committed to keeping it exactly the same. They’ve kept the old owner on as a sandwich maker(I don’t think he wants to retire yet). Try the #13, and call ahead! Don’t stand and wait!

The rich douchers that commented and complained on the level of friendliness they think they deserve can go back to West Palm or Boca. This place is «Legit» Richie could tell me to go F myself! I’d still eat his sandwiches, they’re that good.(Over exaggeration, he’d probably never do that) seriously though this guy can blow through a lunch crowd with everyone giving the sandwich 5 stars. The 5 – 10 min wait is worth the reward. Thx Richie!

My family just finished our sandwiches and loved them each! We had the 6, 14, 17, &24. The sandwiches were pretty big, making them priced just right. I loved the huge variety of old bottled pop and beer and the 60s music. Although our wait was a little long(due to a large call ahead or before us), but it was worth the wait!

it was Memorial Day. Oh yes Memorial day, the day that all the whole in the wall amazing eateries decide to close there doors and be with their families. Understandable, but that doesn’t leave me full. I was starving and as i do before i eat anywhere new(as all my regulars were closed) i hit up Unilocal for a dope sandwich. This brought me to the only option within a 5 mile radius that sounded very promising, Seaside Deli. Whenever i try a new place i go crazy i love trying new stuff in the search for the diamond in the rough. the #6(Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Cappicola, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Oil And Vinegar) sounded like a nice decision off the bat, then i went with the most frequent purchased sandwich in the joint the #13(Roast Beef, Turkey, Chicken Salad, Bacon, Swiss Cheese, Cole Slaw, Italian Bread) Lets start with the the #13, This sandwich is huge, no spare space on the bun was spared. Amazing Chicken Salad mixed very well with the meats and slaw, it was very fulfilling and excellent choice, 4 Stars Now the #6, was very good as well aside for he put tomatoes on my sandwich and i asked for none, but its okay they’re easy to remove but tisk tisk ;) Overall 4 stars as well but i give it a 3.75 for putting tomatoes on. My friend ordered the #20(Grilled Chicken Breast, Bacon, Sliced Avocado, Swiss Cheese, Honey Mustard, Lettuce And Tomato On A Kaiser Roll) Said it was amazing and gave it a solid 4 stars, and his gf ordered a Meatball Parm, which was equally as appetizing and tasty he said. The plus to this place is its a Convenience store and an oddball one, they have frozen homemade Italian food soup and really good sodas. I love the Eli’s Blueberry soda. Italian wedding soup was great for days, and i still need to eat my frozen meatballs… All in all this place is a definite visit if I’m in that area and hungry.

I agree with Bobbin. I wish I had a convenience store like this in my neighborhood. Great sandwiches — not the usual Subway same ol same ol– this place has a menu of tons of different sandwich choices. You can tell immediately that all the ingredients are top notch. Richie is friendly and makes recommendations if you are undecided. Good selection of drinks and chips. We tried the VooDoo chips which were really good. Lots of other options from cleaning supplies to pet products. I need to move to Briny Breezes just so this can be my local stop n shop!

Richie has 38 signature sandwiches on the menu but will make anything you’d like, all very fresh and tasty. They have super selection of chips too. I like the # 13(which has next to everything available in it) but Im trying to eat at least one of each within lifetime. It’s also a convenience store that serves the sweet beach community of Briny Breezes and Dog Beach. They have a WIDE variety of small name BEERs, foreign and domestic as well as many juices, teas and sodas, try the Dr Brown’s Cel-Ray(celery) soda, super refreshing. See ya!
