Alas — they have closed. Hope they find new digs soon — they are too good to be gone

The Banh Mi Sandwiches were the BEST– the BBQ Pork sandwich was always order as 2 or more per order. I was sad to see they closed. If they’ve relocated or if someone knows another great Vietnamese sandwich place let me know.

I just called to order Phở and I’ve been told the restaurant is closed. The food was great there and I liked their staff a lot. :(

My wife and I love the SRF. The food is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Fresh, simple and flavorful. We think the family that ran it are very nice and accommodating. The chef/mom is hard working and her passion and love show in her food. We hope you reopen somewhere soon and we will your best customers! Miss you already.. Gotta feed my phở addiction soon!

Mr Vivi, sorry about your closing. I have saw many commercial eatery space in the last 4 months, I wanted a space with hood and grease trap and preferably a second generation restaurant space for my bakery to open. This company has helped me to locate the proper space with the budget I can afford, perhaps you could give him a call, tell him Joey asked you to call and check if there’s any small space available in the area. His name is Chris Fleming and cell is 5617075120. If you have good food, great attitude and warm service, you would succeed anywhere, best of luck!!!

I was looking for a place to eat so I decided to check here( Unilocal) and saw people writing good reviews about it. So I came down and gave it a try. It’s amazing! Loved how well prepared it was. Everyone needs to try there Phở or if not def try there Grilled Pork Chop. I will be coming back for more! Also great prices on food and beers :$

Waste no time on reading — just go. Great surprise. Found through Unilocal and decided to give it a shot. Food was great — was especially impressed with the Phở soup, the amazing iced coffee and avocado smoothie(!) Will back back for more.

I’m with Dining Diva on this one — rating only for the food, not the atmosphere. Let’s be real, if you wanted a nice sit down restaurant, you wouldn’t be coming here.(The restaurant is located in a convenience store. Must be a nice place to buy booze because I saw a lot of people walking out with 6 and 12 packs.) You should come here if you want some authentic Vietnamese food. I had the banh-mi which was delicious and well-priced! Now, I’m not sure if it can beat my very first banh-mi I had in California, but it was still really good. My friend had the phở, which he liked, though he told me to include in my review that the menu was kind of hard to understand. All in all, not a bad place if you are in the area!

This place is awesome. Food is delicious, and very reasonably priced. Ok, it’s located in a convenient store, but it’s not all bad. You could get some phở, a 40 oz and a pack of smokes without leaving the premises. Seriously though, try the no. 4 rice place with a shrimp add on. It’s 8.95 people! You get some rice with grilled pork chopsssss, yes that’s plural and some shrimp. It was by far the best food I’ve eaten since I’ve been down here in Delray Beach. I’m coming back tomorrow morning to try the phở. I hear it is made the old fashioned way, at least 10 hours slow roasting the spices and veggies.

2nd visit in less than 2 weeks — it’s that good! So far, we’ve had 3 different kinds of summer rolls(original, grilled shrimp & grilled chicken); the egg rolls; Phở; Bun Bo; Yellow Noodle Lounge; and the Hu Tieu. Is is simple enough to say its all excellent, because, it is… As good as the old place on Okeechobee was(long since closed), none of the other places anywhere near by offer such delicious & authentic food as Summer Rolls Factory. Yep, it’s odd that the sit-down is inside a convenience store, but really, who cares? Not many Vietnamese restaurants have much atmosphere anyway. Go for the food!

Be prepared for a shock — we walked in to the supermarket to find a few sparsely decorated tables placed in the corner. This might not look like much at first glacé but this is a taste bud gold mine! You will definitely want to drive there just for the summer rolls. They do an excellent job with the grilled pork!

Had the hu tieu — was ok. The noodles were good but I really wasn’t feelin the chicken or roast pork added in there. Avocado smoothie was good, service was nice and servers were very friendly.

This place is a little hard to find. We looked out for the convenience store and then saw the sign for the restaurant on the side. The food’s pretty good. The eating area is clean and sectioned off with an Asian room divider. We actually like that it’s a small«convenience store restaurant». What drew us here was the thought of Vietnamese food closer to the west side of town. We started with the summer rolls(3 for $ 6.95): the original with shrimp and pork x 1, yummy roll(grilled pork) x 1, and a funny shrimp roll(grilled shrimp) x 1. They cut them in half and present them very nicely so you can easily share. They came with a side of peanut sauce with a little hot sauce in it. They were yummy :) Entrees: 1. Happy Chic –grilled chicken sub sandwich–(banh mi ga nuong)= $ 4.95 –the bread was fresh, accompanied with crisp cucumber, carrots, cilantro and fresh jalapeño peppers. The unique thing about this banh mi is that instead of the typical japanese mayo, they used like a curry mayo. This really added flavor to the sandwich. 2. Sunny side egg rice noodle dish(Bun thit nuong)= $ 7.95 plus $ 1.00 for the sunny side egg. –Dry vermicelli rice noodles with sliced grilled pork chop, accompanied with cilantro, bean sprouts, chopped basil, chopped carrots/cucumber and garnished with a little green onion, topped off with garlic-chili fish sauce(it comes on the side… so you can add however much you want) — the fish sauce is a little too sweet for my tastes, but thankfully it wasn’t too strong and overpowering. It was pretty close to home-cooking.(See picture) All in all, we liked the food. We still think the best spring rolls were at Phở & Hot Pot Vietnamese Restaurant in Lake Park. But these spring rolls are a close second! So far for Vietnamese food in the area we like: #1. Phở & Hot Pot #2). Summer Rolls Factory #2). Phở 16 for dinner/phở(tied for second) #3. Ban Cuon Tan Dinh(for Vietnamese sandwiches) #4. Joy Noodles and Rice(had assorted Asian food… kind of expensive, but the ambiance is a little more upscale) #5. Pholicious(not bad for Mall phở… pretty good Lychee boba tea)

Talk about a unexpected treat. We found the recommendations off of Unilocal and off we went! The summer and spring rolls have been so close to how mom makes it that it is a mom making them. The ingredients were fresh and the sauces were just right. Trust me when I say when I closed my eyes and tastes the food I could have sworn I was back home. The phở was fantastic and well prepared — the portions are very healthy so try not to eat with your eyes. Along with the two appetizers and soup I wanted to try the beef stew and the Banh Mi! Nice to see more places of a different ethnic taste popping up in south Florida.

Great little place tucked away between Old Boynton Beach Rd and Gateway Blvd. My friend and I had the Phở Ga(chicken phở) it was a huge bowl, very tasty, very fresh, not too salty — just right. They have an array of condiments on the table for you to customize your phở to your own taste. I like to add a generous amount of Sriracha and a dash of soy sauce. It really was super tasty. I’m not a overly experienced person in Asian cuisine but my friend who was with me is Vietnamese and she said that is was very authentic in flavor. As for atmosphere, as others have stated, its not a fine dining experience. It is half convenience store and half eatery, but at the end of the day, the food is great and you can always get it to go if you don’t want to sit in. I think it is a perfect place for lunch. Staff was very kind too.

Just popped in to this place for a little take out! WOW, not what I was expecting. We LOVED it! If this place weren’t inside of a convenience store, it’d definitely be a 5 star. But on food quality alone? Ya, I’m a fan.

I’m so happy to have this place near me! Good food, good price, what more can you ask for? This place is located inside what looks like a convenience store. There are some tables to sit and eat. I ordered the summer rolls and the bahn mi. The summer rolls were delicious! The two dipping sauces were fantastic. The bahn mi was really good. It came with this homemade butter sauce you pour over the sandwich. I really liked that. I’m going back to try their Buns, Phos and rice dishes. They even have Vietnamese desserts and avocado shakes!

Just happened to find this place on Unilocal.I drive up and down Lawrence Road all the time and never would have guessed that there’s a Vietnamese restaurant inside of this place because it’s an Indian grocery store! Apparently this place is leasing space inside the store. We had a late lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was great! We started off with the summer rolls and got a combination of beef, pork and shrimp. They were three large rice paper rolls stuffed with vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, basil, mint and cilantro and they came with a delicious peanut sauce for dipping. It was a large portion but the rolls themselves were very fresh and light. Next we had the com suon, a dish with grilled marinated pork chops, veggies and rice and the phở with round steak, flank, brisket and meatballs. The pork chops were thin but very tender and expertly seasoned. The fish sauce it came with was absolutely delicious and I poured it all over my rice and pork. The vegetables on the side were very fresh. The phở broth was very flavorful and was full of vermicelli noodles, meat and fresh veggies, plus the usual sides of bean sprouts, thai basil, lime and chillies. The meat was a bit on the fatty side, but that’s our only complaint. We ordered a regular and for 8.75 we got a bowl that was more than enough for two people, so we wound up taking half of it home. To top it off we shared a Vietnamese coffee. It was VERY strong and sweet. We got coupons for a free roll with our next entrée and were delighted to find out they deliver. Can’t wait for my next meal here!

Awesome local Vietnamese joint. It’s small, and inside a deli market(with craft beers too!) — and definitely cure any Vietnamese cravings you might have. Their Phở is pretty delicious for this area and i would recommend trying the Bo kho(beef stew). I came back to this place within 3 days of the initial visit.
