Fair prices, excellent work BUT expect delays! Never finishes when told. May be over-​booked! I would recommend but if you want job completed by a certain date, you better make contingency plans!!!

I want to start by saying the quality of the finished product is excellent. 5 stars there, for sure. However, if you want to know when workmen are coming, why they weren’t there despite beautiful sunshine, why the job is taking two, or three weeks longer than originally discussed, you are going to have to stay on this company. Having worked with contractors before, we discussed our desire for communication right at contract signing. We asked for him to keep us in the loop, discussed a neighbor who used this company and was left hanging, with no communication. We were assured that was an unusual instance, and wouldn’t happen with us. We’ll, guess what… There was no communication from Ken unless we initiated a call. Oh, those weren’t received well, he wasn’t very pleasant. Emails were answered promptly, but, we are the customer, paying him for a job, why are we having to email him two, three, four times to find out about our project? We tried to discuss the lack of communication with Ken when he came by for money… He collected his fees promptly… and that’s when he straight out told us he didn’t care if we recommended him or not. So I guess, at this point we’d have to say, we do not.
