Walmart is Walmart is Walmart. This one is a bit old and rusted but gets the job done. Miscellaneous items can be hard to find because your literally going thru all the aisles and can’t seem to find that one thing that you need. There are usually no employees around to help and if there are, they avoid you. As far as cash registers, at night very few are open. However the self check outs are usually open and you can do it yourself and not wait 30 minutes. The parking lot usually has carts all around so park your car safely but the parking situation is not bad. The parking lot itself is very big. This Walmart is convenient for me since its in Boynton. Plus it’s a one stop store if I have to get wide range of category items. It is located right across from the Boynton Beach Mall.

I am ok with the check out since I always use self check out. So no long time waiting. They like all other walmarts. The only thing I like it here is they provide plastic bag recycling container. So I no longer dump my used plastic shopping bag in my garbage again. I keep them and bring them here. It is good for our environment.

What can I say about this place, it’s Walmart. If you want to see all different walks of life in Boynton Beach, come here. Like any other Walmart, it’s under-staffed with long lines and forget it if you want to return something, you’ll go insane waiting. If low prices is what you want, this is the place to go. One positive is that they do carry a large assortment of general goods and if you have a long list of items to get, you could get most of them here all in one shot!

I have been shopping at various Walmart locations for quite some time now. For the most part, Walmart… is Walmart. I am not expecting first class service, it’s usually in and out as quickly as I can. I shop with Walmart because with most of their stuff, it’s cheaper than going to their competitor stores like Target. I have been in some really nice Walmarts, NOT in Florida, but in other states. So a nice and clean and friendly Walmart can be achieved. Unfortunately, it is NOT this one. I decided to do site to store. Bad idea. I go to customer service and wait in line, because that’s where it is in all the other locations I have been to… after waiting 20 minutes, I get to the counter to be greeted by a rude woman who rolled her eyes at me and said back of store. So, I go to the back of the store. No one is there. I press the button to call a CSM and 10 minutes later… still no one. I had to search almost the entire store to find an employee who would help me. When they did, they gave me attitude so I just about lost my mind. This location in Boynton Beach is GROSS. The entire store needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The employees and people are just plain as*holes. Avoid this store if you can.

Terrible. Rude employees and extraordinarily long lines. I hate coming to this Walmart.

This place is nasty AF! Disorganized like a bish! Strolled through last night trying to check out Halloween costumes and was completely disgusted with the place. Walking outside there were employees at the front of the store not doing ish! Inside there were aisles unkempt, merchandise all over, and I can’t even begin to describe some of the people that seemed to have crawled out of some nasty gunk to shop after dark. Truly like the walking dead. Most of the Halloween items seemed to be geared towards children and plenty of home decorations but nothing for adults outside of some gangster dress? I had to talk with 3 blue shirts before someone was able to help me. And her advise, «don’t buy anything in this store because the return policies are too lax.» I don’t think I’ve ever done a faster U-turn. I was just thankful not to have to standing in one of those crazy long lines. Gone are the days when you’d see someone open up a register to shorten lines. I remember way back when this store was clean and at least ½ the registers were manned. Those are just memories now. I’ve definitely experienced better at other Walmarts.

I try to avoid this Walmart on weekends because they always have super long lines and not enough cashiers. However this being the day before Fathers Day, and me having purchased the wrong smoker at another Walmart several days before, I had no choice. The wait at customer service was not too bad, but only one cashier. The grills and smokers are in the garden center. My daughter points out the smoker my husband wants. Fantastic, it’s on the top shelf. Not a regular isle top shelf either. I get in line wait for 5 minutes or so and I’m told that I have to get someone to get the smoker down for me first, he can’t ring it up or let me pay for it without physically having it at the register. I ask if he can call someone to help me, he cups one hand around his mouth and yells to another employee while waving his other arm. Okay, I was thinking more along the lines of using a walkie-talkie or the intercom, but whatever. The cashiers method not being effective I head off in search of someone to assist me. It must have been my lucky day because I found someone right away. When I show her where the smoker is she says she will be right back. I get back in line hoping that it will be good timing and she will get the smoker just as I get back to the front of the line. No such luck. I begin to wave other customers in front of me as I watch the employee that is supposed to help me, help other customers. I figured she forgot about me so I tried the cupping my hand around my mouth and waving my arm trick I’d seen the cashier do. I was no more successful than he was. The guy behind me promises to hold my spot, while I try and wrangle my helper back to her task. I reach her just as she finishes with another customer, and low and behold 3 other employees show up at the same time. We all make our way back to the smoker. They for a circle and discuss a plan of attack. Next a large machine is brought out. It bumps into obstacles along the way to its destination. By this time I have forgotten about the wait and am thoroughly entertained by this spectacle. A small crowd has gathered, I am feeling a bit of a celebrity since many customers are asking me about what they are doing. One guy asks me questions about the smoker, he wants one now. Finally they get the smoker down after a long struggle. I asked why they would store something so heavy on a top shelf like that. She tells me it’s because they didn’t think anyone was going to buy it. Great! Happy Fathers Day!!! I’ve got to say the entire experience was worth it to see the look on one of the employees face when he asked what kind of car I had and I told him a Mini Cooper! It took 5 men to get this thing into my SUV(not a Mini Cooper), and that was with a dolly that could be raised ¾ of the way to my tailgate. When I got home we had to cut the box off and carry it in piece by piece. Even the small pieces were HEAVY! I feel bad for being annoyed and impatient about the wait. The female employee should have told me she was waiting for 3 people to come and help her. All in all the employees were troopers. There were a couple of times the smoker looked like it was going to fall or they didn’t have a good grip on it. I was nervous for them. Finally, my husband has used the smoker several times and loves it, I still don’t know why they are storing it on the top shelf!

Went into this Walmart to pick up a few items after having lunch at Golden Corral nearby. Needed to use the Women’s Room. It smelled so bad in the rest room I nearly lost my lunch when I walked in. The odor was horrible. I hurried out as other ladies came in and made the same comment. Just gross. If the rest room is dirty, it makes you wonder about how clean the rest of the place is… Found the stuff I needed quickly and got out of there ASAP. Two stars because the cashier next to the garden area worked speedily and checked my items out with little wait as opposed to the registers at the front which were slow.

This Walmart supercenter is located across the Boynton beach mall and is most probably one of the older super centers but it still gets the job done. Even though it is a 10 – 15 minute drive depending on traffic it is worth it if you have to catch up on your shopping as they got everything you are looking for. We usually go there once a month as groceries are easier to get from publix or the neighborhood Walmart which is usually less crowded and closer to home. Service is usually hard to find as this is a very big store and I am pretty sure employees are hard at work either checking out customers or keeping the store in order. Also has a full service auto department which people can use for their auto service.

One of the worst managed walmart stores I have ever been in. In my few trips into the store I have seen employees talking on cell phones, laying down inside the store, and the best was last week late at night I walked down an isle in auto parts to have an employee lighting up a joint in the middle of the isle. Managers should all be removed. I was the only one in line and it took 45 minutes to get an item from site to store. By the time the employee reappeared and my item was brought out from the back there was 5 other groups waiting, in which all where upset and one had already gotten a manager who did absolutley nothing to expediate the process. Poor Management creates awful workers.

We come to this Walmart — once in a blue. It’s not a HUGE Walmart like the one near the mall, but it has some good selections and the prices you can’t always beat. As anything in Boynton, I try to stay off the roads till about 7:00pm due to the hectic and crazy elderly drivers that are roaming the streets. I tend to fear for my life, as they will cut you off and still give you the finger after wards! This Walmart has a few cashiers working and only a few of them will put a smile on their face. Several of the items are either low in stock or have been depleted — not sure if they stock crew takes several breaks — but this usually aggravates me when I do come here. As previously stated, you wont find everything here — but just enough to be satisfied. My wallet sure likes coming here but I still prefer Target or Publix best.

This walmart SUCKS. There is never any baskets or shopping carts. I’ve been in line at the pharmacy for 17min now. With 5 girls behind the counter only ONE person on the register and I have 7 people behind me. No customer service the workers are always standing around talking doing nothing and no help or respect here.

The usual Walmart. You come in, get things you don’t need on top of the ones that you do, stand in a long line, and you leave. You can do your shopping all in one trip. I love the strategy of always low prices, but I never have been a fan of the checkout lines at any Walmart. They don’t want to hire more people for the registers since they want to keep more money for themselves. It’s a big problem here or any other Walmart you go to. Customer service can either be good or bad. Half of the workers here act like they are in la-la land when you ask them something. I would hate working there too, but anything for a job is better than nothing. Other than that, way to go Boynton Beach Walmart!
