One of the first times I came here the guy behind the counter looked like he was annoyed. My husband asked him if he was having a bad day and he said he was tired. Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up. Now maybe you can muster up a smile and serve me my food without acting like I’m the biggest nuisance you’ve seen. You work at Wendy’s– youre not slaving away on a construction site. So one day my husband orders A spicy chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. He repeats please make it spicy. The kid says, «i got your back» mmm ok. Get home, it’s not spicy. It’s homestyle. We call up, speak to a manager and say we will be back for the spicy. My husband goes back and says well how can I be compensated can I get a free potato? He gets the potato. The next time he goes to the drive thru the kid obviously recognizes my husband & is speaking French to his coworker or the manager about my husband wanting a free potato the other day. So my husband says, «I took french in high school. Je parle francais…» Um yeah you might not want to talk about your customers in other languages that they might understand. What is it about customer service around here? People really need to learn it.
