There is a lot of good pizza places in Bozeman, but none of them are as good as Cosmic in terms of quality ingredients and taste!

This pizza was really good! A little greasy, but that’s pizza. My husband and I like to order from local places versus chains when we travel and this was by far better than any«chain pizza place». We had it delivered and it came right on time. We also appreciated the ranch dressing that came with the pizza. We would order from here again.

If you are looking for a pizza in the Bozeman area, you can find a Dominos or Pappa John’s franchise or you can go where the locals go. Cosmic Pizza is one of those delightful finds that I treasure when traveling. The funky décor and the unique toppings makes for an interesting experience. The pizza is delicious and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I plan on making a stop at Cosmic Pizza part of our trip routine on our annual trip to Big Sky.

This was a very unpleasant experience. My fiancé and I ordered some wings, a slice, and bread sticks for pick-up at around 9:45 p. m this evening. When we arrived to pick up the food, we saw two workers(one of which was the manager-on-duty), through the back door of the kitchen, outside smoking cigarettes and drinking PBR. The back door leading into the kitchen was wide open and this was all visible from the main counter/front of the house. Initially, we assumed they were done with their shifts and just relaxing. However, the second time(shouldn’t ever have to be a second time, yet there was — read on) we went back, the manager was back inside«helping» us and rolling dough for bread sticks. Anyways, when we get home, we open up the wings and they are terrible, burnt to a black crisp, dry, and unappealing! I will attach a photo, if allowed. They were so black and charred! I tried to take a bite, but instantly spit it out because it was so horrible. I then had to drive back to Cosmic and politely asked for them to fix the issue. The manager that was outside drinking is now inside and begins to argue with me, insisting that«this is how we do our wings. There’s no sense in making them again, because they will look the same.» When I declined that offer, she did not offer anything else(a retention coupon to get us to come back or anything). So we spent our money on wings that turned out to be burnt, inedible, and we barely got an apology?! This was terrible cooking and inconsiderate customer service at its best. Do yourself a favor and go to Red Tractor Pizza instead. They know how to treat their customers!

We’ve ordered from here now three times and each time is has been wonderful. The free delivery is a definite perk. The pizzas come hot and freshly baked. The delivery times are properly quoted. We’ve also tried the chicken wings and they are also super delicious. The staff I’ve interacted with are friendly and get the job done. I would recommend this place for a great tasty pizza!

Bullet point review: -$ 1.50 slices on Wednesdays is a great deal –Single slices are really big –While not amazing pizza it’s good thin crust –Very loud music inside, but it’s good; saw a little kid standing on her seat dancing to it –It’s so loud I wouldn’t try to hold a conversation in here: one time I found it hard to hear the employee at the register –The most cosmic part is the neat tables, which look like pictures from outer space –They also have a rug with a split moon and sun, which is also on the rug –They hung up some pretty standard Halloween decorations at time but hey, Halloween is awesome! –Place seems fairly clean –I can see why this place would be popular with college kids; very relaxed –Their specials seem pretty well priced: Large 1 topping for $ 7.95 is, Medium 2 topping and Stix for $ 10.95, and more –They boast 30 speciality pizzas, but I have not tried one.

Pretty good pizza and free delivery. We got the daily special, which was a medium pizza and bread sticks for around $ 11. The bread sticks were basically just dough with powered mozzarella on top — so, nothing really more than something to fill you up– but the pizza was good.

Pizza is great, but customer service sucks. The people working aren’t friendly and rude.

Stopped into Cosmic Pizza after a 12 hour drive as we were just passing through the area. It wasnt too busy as it was 6:30ish when we ordered our 3 topping jumbo pizza for $ 18.95. The clerk was less than enthusiastic to help us and I had to repeat the order twice. We were told it would be 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later the pizza arrived and we left the store headed back to the hotel. On the way we opened the box to see what goodness was inside only to find that we received the wrong pizza. We returned to the store and they replaced the pizza without so much as a sorry or even a discount. The crust of the Pizza was good as were the toppings. The sauce however was tasteless. We will be driving through Bozeman more often and will not be returning to this place.

Good. Unique pizzas. But beware of hipster service! Definitely get delivery, not an eat in pizza place. Leo’s choice and the pegasus are solid choices.

Decent pie… I ordered the eclipse specialty pizza for pick up. The pizza was good. The guy that completed my purchase threw the receipt at me. That’s what I call a complete lack of customer service. I dropped this place in stars cause if it. They are co located with a gas station. Bottom line the pizza is good. The place has a stars and Galaxy theme. Give it a try… What do you have to loose?

I love you. I love everything about you, I love when I can insert the pizza into my mouth hole. I especially like your cheap prices, you guys are rated best pizza in Montana because you are. I have discovered you deliver and have since gotten fat. My waist has grown two inches since I discovered you. I’m not even mad, you told me you like a woman with curves the more I eat the more you love me back. I’m so excited that you guys are in my life. Thank you.

Been wavering back and forth between writing an unimpressed and negative review here, but considering how much my stomach is grumbling right now, I’ll go ahead and grumble here too. I have spent a decent amount of time in NYC and Italy to know what a truly amazing(or even just authentic) pizza tastes like, but I am by no means a pizza snob. Really my only two criteria for rating pizza joints are 1) does it taste better than something from the grocery store and 2) can I get it faster than having to go out to the store, come home and bake it myself. Sadly Cosmic gets 0 for 2. I ordered the daily special for two medium, 2-topping pizzas for $ 18.95, delivery. Somehow my bill was $ 20.95? So either the price on the website is wrong, or delivery isn’t actually free(as it is advertised all over the website), or Montana just imposed a 10.5% sales tax that I was not aware of. Once you add in a decent tip for the driver, I could easily have spent less than half that much on the same amount of ‘za at the grocery. Anyway, a little over an hour later(fail on being faster than baking at home, even with a rather indecisive trip to the grocery store!), I get my order. Pizza #1: Gorgonzola and walnut. If you are like me, right now you’re asking«wait, where’s the second topping?» Apparently all of their cheeses except moz count as one of your toppings. Definitely not mentioned on the website. In fact there are clearly differentiated sections for cheese(where gorgonzola is) and toppings(where gorgonzola isn’t). So my 1.5 topping pizza… love that walnuts is an option, but 2 of the 8 slices have no noticeable trace of walnut on them. And if gorgonzola is going to count as a topping, I’d like to see or at least taste some gorgonzola. It’s not exactly a shy cheese. If another topping has been sacked for it, I want neighbors to smell it a block away. But honestly if I didn’t desperately want it to be there with all my might, I wouldn’t have been able to taste it. Pizza #2: Mushroom and kalamata olive. Supposed to be mushroom/olive/feta, but I wasn’t going to play that game twice. They put the wrong sauce on this one. And because I couldn’t get the feta, it was really bland. General impression of both pizzas… the other reviews are right. Soggy, soft unremarkable crust. Bland/sparse toppings. And I thought a bit greasy too. Going to have to check out some of the other establishments in town and hope Bozeman can deliver a better slice.

the large mushroom/pep pizza I ordered fit the bill. decent marinara and the dough had a nice texture, however I could have stood a few more mushrooms. delivery took an hour and half, half an hour longer than they promised, but it was still relatively warm when we finally got to chow. i’d eat it again but only after I’ve tried everyone else in town.

The pizza is great, and the location is central and close to campus(which is awesome). The cosmic sauce is amazing, and the free delivery is great as well. Sometimes over the phone, they’ll forget about putting you on hold, which is annoying. Other than that, it’s great pizza for dirt cheap. Make sure you check their website for daily deals, you can get even better prices that way.

Extremely salty and soft pizza. I could only eat one slice before I had to throw the rest out. And I NEVER throw out pizza. The place itself has a pretty décor and nice employees, but it’s not worth it.

How did I not know about this place after living in Bozeman for a year?!? My own ignorance. I was craving pizza and searched for pizza places in Bozeman and had to try this place after reading their reviews. Stopped in to grab a couple slices for lunch. As many have described it, the place isn’t much to look at. But WOW their pizza is amazing! They have slices ready to go, and you have 3 – 5 choices that are piping hot and waiting. I was promptly greeted when I walked in and then I walked back out within a minute with my lunch. I had pepperoni and a chicken garlic slice, it was pizza heaven! This is how pizza is supposed to be done people! No fuss, just great taste and quality here.

By far my favorite pizza place in Bozeman and we are grateful to have a lot of good choices here! Yes, perhaps a tad on the pricey side but you really get a wonderful tasting pie and a unique red sauce. The ingredients are super fresh and crisp. I like to make my own as they have a really unique sausage that they make in house and throwing some red onion, pepperoncinis and mushrooms really makes for a great pizza. Steer clear of staying there to eat, it really is not meant for people to stick around. Just take it home and enjoy it in your own comfort. Also, make sure to get some of the Parmesan bread! It’s pretty dang good. But remember, the white sauce they serve with the pizza is not ranch. Yes, for us ranch lovers perhaps a bit of a shock when you dip in and taste for the first time the strongest garlic sauce ever. Go easy on it and taste before you cover your meal!

Although, this is the best pizza I’ve yet tried in Bozeman, I’m a bit peeved at one of the employees. While I was waiting for a pick up order a few weeks ago, I witnessed the following interaction: Phone guy: This guy just ordered a one-topping medium, but today’s special makes a one-topping large cheaper. Should I give him the large? Other guy(manager?): No. I used to do stuff like that, but now I don’t. What the hell? Why didn’t he just say, «I used to be cool, but now I’m a dick.» Pretty lame.
