Great time here, and a well maintained course with lush scenery. Tucked away right in town, you would walk right by it, and the fact is that the place is really small. That being said, it has been taken care of, and they have a really nice group of people working there. The owner told us the record was set by a 13 yr old! The theme is Fishing, and fish with cool displays of educational material on each hole about a new type of fish. Took our group of 4 a total of about 1 hour to play the round including grabbing clubs and paying. This isnt the largest or most elaborate, but trust me it will be alright for the group. Have to add that they have dip n dots for sale, a really neat shop with all sorts of chachskis and beach gear. I got last place and had to pay for drinks… still fun!

This is a super cute, well maintained mini golf course. The actual lot isn’t very big but they’ve chopped up each hole cleverly to make it seem like you’ve traveled some distance from holes 1 – 18. Very kid and also adult friendly — my girlfriend and I took about 20 minutes out of our day to play and had a great time. A lot of the course is shaded by large plants and trees, so it’s a good break from the sun as well. Would definitely recommend this for both kids and adults alike if you’re in town.

This place is small, but the attention to detail is superb. Decorated beautifully throughout the 18 holes. The kids loved it!

My daughter-in-law takes my grandkids there all the time. They are locals. With the exception of one day recently, all the people that work there have been great. This new younger guy was extremely rude. We were buying 2 rounds and he rang uo the rounds before we could give him

Cute mini golf place to kill time with kids. Located close to many cafes & restaurants in the historic area of Bradenton. Fun for the whole family!

Fish Hole is an interesting course. Most of the effort is on the theme, which is pretty well done. The put put itself is rather simple with lots of par 2 holes; they are very short and it’s a compact area. They do a nice job trying to cool the place off with misters and fans, but at 3pm on a July day… oh boy is it still hot? They do give you a coupon to come back and play a 2nd round for $ 2 if you come back the same day. I’ve been to both this location and the one in Lakewood Ranch several times. The rounds run about $ 8…not bad, but like I said it’s a short course. If you’re on vacation on Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria, then it’s a fun stop. Just go in the morning or evening for the best experience IMHO.

We stopped in this morning after breakfast. It was quiet but we weren’t the only golfers. Our three year old had been wanting to try mini-golf but… he’s three. We weren’t sure how he was going to handle it. Also, we have a15mo old so we knew a busy evening of mini-golf wouldn’t be appropriate. We had a great time. Our son putted around breaking every rule of golf and our daughter hung out mostly in her stroller(we pushed her right on through) and even tried some golf herself. The holes were cute and fun. No huge pirate ships or windmills here. Just a small, local mini-golf setting that is perfect for a young family or just a good time.

Very nice place. Was not expecting much as it looked small. Beautiful plantings and amazing koi pond. Bring quarters to feed the fish. I was able to even pet them. 8.50 to play.

Great little mini golf course! We took the kids ages 2 thru 10 and all had fun. It’s attractive, clean and quaint in a beach side town kind of way ;)

We came here on a whim while on a trip in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. We had fun and the price was right, but the course was pretty small. When we got there, there was no one to pay to use the course; we had to wander around inside the gift shop to ask about playing the course(maybe that’s the whole point of the setup?). It was a sunny day during Christmas break and we were the only folks on the course. The only memorable part was the koi pond. I love all aquatic creatures, so I got a kick out of feeding the fish. I ended up winning a free round afterward(by dropping my ball in a Plinko-type contraption), but we didn’t end up coming back to redeem it.

Wow. Just… yeah, wow. Great atmospheric course in tip-top shape. The clerk was efficient and nice. We were the only ones there mid-day and he could have talked our ear off if he wanted to but he was a laid back pro who reads people properly. A minute of chit-chat then let us do some golfing! Perfect. The holes are a little easy, but the décor is perfect for the theme. Feed the koi along the course for a quarter? You bet. Clean your ball after the 8? OK. Get refreshingly misted along the way? Why yes, don’t mind if I do. Learn about Gulf fish? Thank you, I happen to enjoy learning. You wanna see some old fishing paraphernalia? Just follow the greens. Get a shot at a free game after 18 holes? Nice touch. Have a free rubber fish after a round? Yes, please. Definitely worth it.

Went here on a whim with the sis and brother-in-law who were in from out of town, and had a great time. The guy who checked us in was AWESOME. He was personable, and made us feel welcomed. The Fish Hole isn’t your stereotypical mini-golf facility though — no windmill will be hitting your golf ball, nor will a giant clown spit it back out at you. It’s more like a course of traditional putting greens with very challenging holes.(I hope that makes sense as it’s probably the most important part of this review.) The place is gorgeous — It’ll make you want them to design your back yard. The landscaping is immaculate, and even has small plaques telling you what the plants are. They have a big water tower featuring a water fall into a coy pond. Anyway, you get it… It’s nice. We finished out rounds by returning the ball into a «Plinko» style receptacle. I WON! my reward: a free round next time I visit. I’m looking forward to going back. Anyway, the prices are very very reasonable(cheapest in the area from what I understand) and you’ll have a good time(so will the kids, by the way).
