Had a minor disaster when my dog made a bad mess on our bedroom carpeting at 3am. Called Mark in the morning, and he promised to be here by noon — which he was. He cleaned the spots perfectly, and then cleaned the entire bedroom carpet for no extra charge. Very professional, friendly and responsive. I had called other carpet cleaning services before calling Mark, but several didn’t even answer the phone. I will definitely use Mark and his service again, and would highly recommend him to everyone!

Can not say enough good things about Mark and the awesome cleaning services he provides! I found Mark about a year ago through Living Social and figured I’d give it a try, and very glad I did! I now use him regularly (not through LS) and I am always very pleased. He provides excellent customer service, great prices, and always does the most phenomenal job on my carpets. And every so often when the couch needs a clean he also is great there too. Makes it look like it just came off the showroom floor. Look no further than 1 Hour Dry Carpet Cleaning for your services.
