We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Acme. A family-​run business, they are affordable, reliable, friendly, professional and have kept the bugs at bay. We started using them on the recommendation of our neighbors, and since then, have referred them to close family friends. I highly recommend their services…

I wish I could say how great of a job that they did. I made an appointment and they never showed up or called to reschedule. NOTHING! That’s unacceptable.

They don’t deserve any star, I called for termite inspection for a refinance, long story short (GAMBLE) doesn’t know what 1×1 ferrying strips are he wrote he found termite damage in (framing) which defines structural framing in the banks eyes’s.
Then you get a REFINANCE DENIED due to structural termite damage, then you have to get a educated home inspector to take photos also write a report to the bank explaining these are not structural they are just FERRYING STRIPS with photos before and after removed.
This company does not have the necessary experience to perform adequate inspection. Very shady trying to sell services with shady scary Technics. Don’t trust just like the average mechanic shop SHADY high price not worth the service.

I’ve been a customer for about three years, and they have been pretty professional and reasonably priced. We are having some new wings laying about, so they are going to have to come back.
Update: we went with another company to do the whole house, as Acme did not get rid of the problem.
