Awesome studio with really great instructors. I love that it has childcare. It’s an amazing workout and they don’t get down on you if you modify your workout to suit your body.

I adore Barre 3! I just started my 4^th week and attended 5 – 6 days a week mostly. I’m feeling so alive and happy with my body toning all over. I’ve lost 10lbs and several inches. I had to clean up my diet too of course. I like the range of motion in this workout along with the cardio that gets my heart pounding and all those squeezing small moves I would never do on my own. The instructors are all fantastic and welcoming. There are so many modifications I think anyone can join and not feel lost or intimidated. I’ve been looking for that nice balance between core strength, flexibility, toning with cardio that doesn’t hurt my body and I believe I’ve found it in B3. It doesn’t get easier, you just have to push yourself more as you improve. The studio is light and clean with lots of cute tank tops and soft leggings for sale. They also have childcare if you need that. The owners are really down to earth and passionate about their jobs and I really enjoy being around them. Give it a shot! See you at the barre!
