I booked the trail riding excursion for my mother’s birthday. She had always loved horses, and to be honest, this seemed like the best deal. Most other places are a little bit cheaper, but you only get about 30 mins of actual riding around a corral. They called to confirm my appointment and make sure we had no questions, they also made sure we had accurate directions to get where we needed to go –very professional in my opinion. We went to Deer Prairie Creek Preserve for a 2-​hour long trail ride. It was amazing. You are in such a serene place in the preserve, the horses were amazing, and so was our tour guide. I really could not have asked for a better experience. We will also be checking out riding the horses on the beach this summer.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable — horses were happy and well cared for. Everyone got paired with horses based on experience and the experienced riders are allowed to walk/​trot/​canter down the beach! Once you get into the water it’s an unreal experience — I would totally recommend this to anyone and would go back again.

Overall an excellent experience. I had never ridden bareback, but my horse Flossie took good care of me. My daughter (and another little girl) cantered on the sand, and then we all went into the bay. I am too heavy to stand on the horse’s back, but my daughter did. Then it was time to be pulled at high speed by the horse’s tail! This made me laugh out loud. I was on Flossie’s back while she swam, then we went back to dry land.
I would do this again, and my daughter loved it.

My 10 year old twin boys and 7 year old daughter rode the horses on the beach for 30 min and then in the water for another 30 minutes. They don’t have any horse riding experience, but the guides were wonderful and taught them how to horse surf, horse ski, and stand on the horse’s bare back. They were so good with my kids and very knowledgeable. You could tell they really cared about the horses and my kids’ safety. They had helmets for riding on the beach, and life jackets in the water. All 3 kids told me it was not only their favorite thing we did on vacation, but one of their top experiences ever! I definitely recommend this for families, kids, and adults!

The horses were amazing! We had 4 kids under the age of 8 and the horses were so good with them. It was expensive but I would totally recommend it to anyone who loves horse. It was such a cool experience to be able to go into the water with the horse. The leaders were great with my kids and they loved it as well.

What a terrible business operation. Made reservations for my fiancées Bday. They lost the reservation, never followed up with me after it was booked. Buyer beware!!!
