This is THE place that Grandmothers shop. So you would think that after Christmas the employees should expect returns! And Grandmas don’t think to ask for gift receipts — or at least mine doesn’t. That being said, the employee was very UNhelpful when I asked to return some items, and no, I didn’t have a receipt. She was cantankerous to the point of yelling to her colleague about if I could put the store credit on a gift card (for Grandma’s birthday of course). Nope — not allowed. Well then may I buy a gift card and use the store credit to pay for it? Nope — not allowed. Well then I’ll just order something online. «Manager!» she yells, as I walk away. Yes, Manager, please come and calm this woman down.

I always can find great deals at this location. They have awesome inventory for younger shoppers not just the over 50 like other Bealls. Make sure you print your coupons or snapshot a picture because internet connection is terrible. So when you check out it makes it easier. Also make sure to USE you Bealls bucks but remember you can’t use a coupon with them so buy something on clearance. :-)
