I went in about a week before Valentine’s Day to discuss quotes for my wedding. The woman I spoke to was so gruff and rude. Everything I told her I wanted, she scoffed at, almost making me feel silly for even asking such a thing. And anything she had to order, she told me she wouldn’t even try for another week and a half because her warehouse guy would yell at her due to how close it was to Valentine’s day. She made it very clear in her own words that my wedding was the least of her worries because of Valentine’s Day. The whole experience make me feel like I was in her way and inconveniencing her. Would not recommend this flower shop if you’re expecting any form of customer service.
