The dispatcher has made me late to work several times. The drivers are awesome for the most part but the dispatcher has forgotten about my call to many times. I think he has Alzheimer’s or something.

I will overlook that they said pickup would be 15 minutes and it took 35. I can overlook that the driver did not see me waving my arms and I had to chase him down. I can’t overlook asking him three times if he knew where thrifty car rental was and he repeatedly assured me he did. Unfortunately, he was wrong. He wanted a lot of my time.

This cab service dropped me off at a Dr. appt. Minimum charge is $ 5.50. This was for 1.3miles. I gave the driver a $ 3.00 tip to hang around, i would only be about 10min. He told me it would cost me .50/​min for him to stay. This was after the $ 3.00 tip. He split. I called to be picked up. 25min later i was still waiting. I called again for pick up. After waiting a total of 45min a different driver picked me up. He complained at what a slow day it was. Unbelievable.
