Worst pawn shop I’ve ever been too!!! Wouldn’t negotiate AT ALL… I have a 10k white gold sapphire and diamond ring that doesn’t fit me anymore that I’ve had for 10years. They first offered me $ 20 which I said ok that’s fine. I knew I wouldn’t get much for it anyways. I just needed the money. And so the guy went an «tested» it… Then said they were going to pass on it. Ok, fine. I didn’t care. I was just shopping around at pawn shops to see how much I could get for it. Another pawn shop offered me $ 25 then and there. So I went back to THAT pawn shop and they passed on it!!! BECAUSE THE GUYS A BUC PAWN RUBBED THE WHITE GOLD OFF MY RING!!! I was DEVASTATED! He ruined my ring so that NO PAWN shop would even consider buying it. I called BUC pawn and spoke with Dwayne. I explained to him that I needed money to buy my son diapers… While I’m BALLING my eyes out on the phone with him! Telling him they ruined my ring! I understand it’s plated white gold but in the TEN YEARS I’ve had this ring… It’s not ONCE faded in color… They said sorry, nothing we can do… I hung up on him. IM SOOOOO BEYOND ANGRY AND DESPISE THAT PLACE!!! Maybe you should of offered to just buy it off me for $ 20 like you SAID… Since ou RUINED it now no pawn shop will buy it! They’re a bunch of ass holes!!!
I ALSO walked in and there were THREE employees standing around. Another guy walked in and one of the employees immediately helped him. I HAD BEEN STANDING THERE WITH MY TWO YEAR OLD SON WAITING for someone to help me… And they didn’t even acknowledge my existence… Pieces of shit!!!
DONT EVER GO THERE! Unless your selling guns… Which seems like THATS ALL THEY GIVE A SHIT ABOUT! They will rip you off like they’re done to everyone else!!!

I love buccaneer pawn! I don’t usually pawn items so I can’t speak on that but this pawn shop is clean and very organized compared to other pawn shops I have been into. They have great prices and are willing to negotiate with you. Before paying retail go check them out they have literally everything you can think of.

Very rude people and not willing to negotiate at all. Save yourself some time and go some where else if you want to pawn or sell your item. They must all really hate their jobs because no one there ever smiles or seems happy. They offer very little when it comes to giving you money for a pawn or a sale but they way overprice items in their store. This review refers to the Bradenton location only as I have not been to the other location (and never will).

Just sold them two handguns. Offered $ 315. I said make it $ 320 — a $ 5 difference.
Nope, can’t do it. Hmmm. Seems like they could absorb the $ 5 to make me feel a little better.
Well, now they have a two star rating from me.
Kyle is a great person to deal with and not the young man who was unwilling to work with me. Too bad.
After I receive my new gun through Buccaneer Pawn, I will probably look elsewhere.

I couldn’t disagree with the other reviewer more. Jesse and everyone else in there couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. I do all my firearms transfers through them which they do for an unbelievably reasonable $ 15. I’ve never positively reviewed anything online but I’ve had so many good experiences there I felt obligated to do so.

Poor customer service manager (Jesse) was very rude and doesn’t work with you. And they low Ball you on prices!
