AHS assigned them for service call a few days between service request and appointment. Tech arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. Diagnosed problem as we had discussed possible problem, had correct replacement part. Completed repair is less than 30 minutes. Even gave us a suggestion to help clothes dryer work more efficiently. Will certainly request them if we have another appliance repair need.

Had an appointment between noon and three they were so nice to call me at 2:59 to let me know they were running at least an hour late. I asked if they always ran late and the receptionist had a nice attitude to tell me it wasn’t her problem that she didn’t know how long the other appointments could take. Look elsewhere for your appliance needs.
