My mother recently passed away and had pre-​arranged a cremation during her short battle with lung cancer.
During an already planned visit by my Wife (her daughter-​in/​law) my Mother unexpectedly passed away in her arms during the late evening hours.
Sal’s team arrived at her home in the aftermath to find my Wife in an emotional state of stress, fear and loneliness.
Sal handled the situation perfectly, both comforting my Wife and handling the post-​death process onsite.
A few days later, I arrived here in Bradenton Beach and had the opportunity to meet this incredible man.
Through the entire process, from the beginning until he handed my Mom’s ashes to me yesterday, has been nothing less than perfection.
I must say, we will miss him.

Of course it’s the job of funeral directors to hold the hands of grieving family members and walk them through all the necessities – that’s the least you’d expect. But my experience with Sal Coriale at Covell was so outstanding that I recommend them as strongly as I can. My aunt in Sarasota was dying, and had not decided whether to be cremated and interred there, or sent back to her home state for burial. Sal has all the answers to our family’s questions at his fingertips, and had no problems with the uncertainty of her plans. When my aunt finally decided to stay in Florida, and the time came to cremate her, place the newspaper notices, etc., Sal made everything fast and easy. He is a charming person who would get along well with clients in any profession, but he’s in a profession where that really counts, and thank goodness he is. I won’t need his services again, but others will, and they will be very grateful that they chose Covell.
