Seems Hopeless. Heard that saying, «Can’t Get Any Worse» YESSS!!! It HAS!
If You Can Imagine It. It’s happened & happening.
Starting with Main Entrance Door To, «Apt that Is ONLY 1 YEAR OLD» Gaps on either side of door. Allowing Bugs to Come In from Our lovely Open hallway.
Oh, Yes. The Waste Of Electricity with the
AC leaking out into the Gross Looking Hallway.
Can’t wait to see the Electric bill.
Talking About Amenities. LOL
The BBQ Grills are Grosss:-((They are Semi-​Functional. Depending on how much Grease is clogging the GAS LINE.
Don’t Park your Car near grass where the sprinklers will spray water on your paint.
Lots of simple fixes. Are just to complicated for common sense. We have 2 Maintenance Men. And a Third, who is the Supervisor. They are taking care of 6 or 7 Bldgs.
Welll…Does Not Take a Rocket Scientist to realize that.
There is a problem here.
Maintenance. Specially with my experience. Rick in Maintenance. Is professional, efficient. However, ²⁄₃ of the time is not able to complete a job or even start it. Due to product for repair not being available.
If you like using the Gym. Best I can recommend. The YMCA is across the street.
LA Fitness is by UTC Mall, on University Prkway.
Wish things would have improved.
Many of our neighbors are elated that their lease is up.

This place is a joke. It is new and looks nice, but don’t let that fool you. The place was recently bought out. In the year that it has been open this community has changed office managers three times. Repairs are poorly done. The apartment community is always bothering you with notices on your door. Seems like every other week they are doing something new to inconvenience you or just want to make sure they meet their annoyance quota. They have a strict no smoking policy in which they barley enforce. I am always choking on someone’s second hand smoke. Dog pee and feces everywhere. Residents don’t pick up, and yet the staff here just sends out notes to all the doors without fixing the problem. The pool is flooded with nonresidents on the weekend. Everyone and their sister show up to use the club amenities. It is a free for all.
People throw trash in the hall way. I have personally had people put unknown trash by my door as if it is my problem to clean up. Let me reiterate. STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
If you’re lucky enough to get loud neighbors. enjoy it. Cause nothing will happen except you will pay for a noisy apartment. Parking is even worse. You will find yourself walking from the furthest ends of this place in the rain with your groceries because there is no control on parking. Nonresidents and people storing trailers and cars take up the spots.
If you do choose to visit this community, remember to look at and ask questions about all the things I mentioned here. These are truths, not attempts to hurt this community.
I honestly wish this place was better. It is nice, but operated and governed poorly.
