Unfortunately, we must get our prescriptions at CVS for insurance reasons. This CVS is the closest to our home and we have shopped here for over 2 years. Staff is rarely friendly! This is both in pharmacy and front. Yesterday after waiting in front for several minutes, I finally had to go hunt someone down to check out. Wonder how many just walk out without paying … with or without merchandise?! Using Extra Bucks has become a pain … the last TWO times there the computer would not allow my discount and/or bucks. Yesterday was the last straw as the lady refused to try and get it to work. I asked for a manager and was told«I can do anything they can do and my computer won’t let me. Use it another time!» NO apology … NO offer to try and make it work! Just a «move on and bother someone else at a later time» attitude. I hate this old, dingy, unfriendly store! So much that I never want to do business with ANYCVS! The pharmacy here makes so many mistakes … and our monthly meds rarely change. How hard is it to follow previous months requests? Isn’t that what computer records are for??! Avoid this store if you can!

I’ve been to this CVS location several times and I have yet to feel that«Welcome to CVS» hospitality. Whenever I visit this location I feel like I’m bothering the employees when I ask a question or walk up to check out. But today was worse because I witness the pharmacy staff being short and slightly rude and unprofessional to others. And it made me sad. The reality is no one wants to have to pick up medication from the pharmacy… no one wants to be sick, so to be treated like a second class citizen doesn’t help them. A welcoming hello as a smile can go a long way. I also witnessed the cashier«direct» another customer to an item he was looking or by yelling at him«aisle xyz»(I don’t remember what aisle). Why couldn’t he stay«I’ll show you were it is»? Then he the man asked again because he couldn’t find the item the cashier rolled his eyes in frustration. Customer service is huge and if your annoyed, lack patience & people skills find a job picking up trash on the side of the road they may not require interacting with other people. And actually I’ve seen people who oil up trash speak & be friendlier than this CVS staff. In the past I would have said CVS is to Walgreens like Target is to Walmart but not anymore I’ll go to a Walgreens over CVS any day. I just don’t agree with people treating other people badly.
