Is it true that a patron is deemed unqualified to start a CVS card if: they lost a previous card, if they do not have their CVS card on them, or if their phone number«does not show up in the system»? That’s what we were told tonight by Suzanne. She refused to start a CVS card for us. I did no go into detail about what transpired tonight, but she was very rude in every instant. i do not want a coupon or reimbursement. I just want CVS to be alerted to Suzanne’s rudeness. PS: When, i stated that she was clearly in a bad mood, she responded that she had«taken Benadryl», «got called in to work» and«woke up an hour late».
