Dunkin’ Donuts

Compared to all the other Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to, this is the worst. There was only 1 person at the cash register who had to take orders, then run to the other end of the counter to make drinks. We stopped in here 2 times to try and get the new burrito’s for breakfast (that are advertised all over the store) and the first time the employee said that someone forgot to defrost them the night before so they were unavailable and the second time they just flat out said they can’t make them. Also, there were a few other breakfast options that were unavailable.

Have at least 5 back ups orders when you come here, they’re usually out of the first 3 or 4 things I want to order.

What’s to review? It’s Dunkin Donuts; either you love it or you hate it.

My fiancé and I decided to stop and grab some coffee before we drove to the airport to head out of town. We pulled up to the drive thru we ordered what we wanted and at the very end we reminded the guy taking our order that it’s a military discount. We pulled up to the window and he grabbed our debit card and handed us the coffee we had to wait a little longer for the second one so we had a chance to look at the receipt and no discount was applied. We mentioned it to the guy and he literally looked at us and shook his head like he had NO IDEA what we were talking about. We are frequently there getting coffee and they are such good nice people! But, this ONE OCCASION was horrible. I feel if he didn’t know anything about this discount he should have asked or looked further into the problem that occurred and he didn’t care he just said «no, we don’t have that» and we said we get it all the time they know us! Disappointed. And I WISH I knew his nammmmmmme.

Beware — This Dunkin Donuts does not accept gift cards! I have gone there 3 times in the past two weeks and have been denied.
