Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever! They continually mess up the order. Our last two orders, just as an example have been messed up. Order one. Two bacon, egg and cheese croissants, a vanilla chai tea, and a coffee with cream and sugar. We got egg and cheese croissants, and two coffees! Second example. Today we orders two bacon egg and cheese croissants, a regular tea with cream and sugar and a coffee with cream and sugar. What we got: two bacon egg and cheese BAGLES, coffee with cream and sugar and Tea with cream only, no sugar. I mean how hard is it to get a simple order like this correct? We are so disgusted we are never going back. Ever.

I love Dunkin Donuts but this place has to be one of the worst in their franchise. They are constantly getting orders wrong, employees are rude, they yell and swear at each other. This one store is making me do the one thing I don’t want to do, go to the Starbucks right across the parking lot. Get it together or you all might lose more business.

Wish there was a less than one star option. Not once but twice they messed up. Took a good ½ hour to go thru drive thru. First time my coffee had sugar not Splenda and had to be remade. And judging from the cars in front of use, this was not unusual (folks kept handing coffee BACK to the window). Second day, again too much sugar. Went back in, had them remake it and watched them do it. And of course the coffee was ice cold vs hot, even though it came from the hot pot!. Bleh! Avoid avoid avoid

One thing about the DD franchise so far is they are consistent nationwide, at least on the East Coast from New Hampshire to Florida!

I think I may have just had the best caramel swirl/​coconut iced coffee that I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. They may have had a slow start, but they definitely got it right this time.

If there was a zero star option i would do it. This location has neen open long enough now and they cant get it correct. Can not a coffee order correct, and i only take milk no sugar. Cant get a single donut order correct and by single donut i mean one donut in an order. I dont know why other locations can get it correct but this one cant. The final straw was this morning. I took my 3 year old and we ordered 2 coffee, 1 milk and 1 donut. 1 coffee was incorrect but the real issue was his milk expired 4 days ago. Really? I didnt notice that until about half of it was gone. So i try to call that location and speak to a manager and guess what happens. None of their phone numbers online work and nothing on the recipt ether.
Not sure where the owners are but they need to get off their butts and go to work before this place shuts down. I will never go there again, i will drive to a further location from now on.

This location needs to get with the program!!! It’s been open long enough to get it together! One cashier on register in season on a Saturday is not enough. I walked in and walked right out. Business lost! Whom ever owns this location should really get control.

Dear lord where do I begin? It’s funny that I go and read the review from David that states his tea tasted like coffee. I have had countless problems with this location. One particularly memorable time was when I went inside to get an iced coffee. I noticed it tasted very funny… I then asked if they could make me another one.
I was very nice about it and I didn’t make a deal out of it. You would have thought I was yelling the way this lady looked at me. She makes it again and just puts it on the counter. No apologies or anything. I walk out take a sip. That funny taste is Freaken iced tea! Two times this lady makes my coffee with iced tea. Yuck! My bf tasted it and noticed the horrible taste.
I had another incident where the girl made me the wrong Coolata. Took the drink back up to tell her this is the wrong drink. She just rolls her eyes and makes the same drink again!!! Saying that «ill just make it again» ummmm seriously? What’s with the rude attitude at this place? They Always screw up our order every single time! We’re always missing stuff from our order!
The employees look as though they have had no training and they just overall dont give a crap. I used to work fast food for 4 years. If i ever treated customers the way these people do I would have been out of a job.
I used to love their service, and the prices on their coffee is great. This location makes horrible drinks. Too much sugar and cream to the point where it doesn’t even taste like coffee.
I think whoever owns this location seems to only care about making a buck, because they carry no leadership at this place and could care less about properly training their employees.
What a nightmare this place is. I will from now on either go to a different dunkin donuts that’s a farther distance, or Starbucks because even when they mess up they are so much more nicer and accomadating.

This morning on our way to an insanely early doctor appointment, we stopped in for my morning cuppa and some donuts for afterwards. My husband’s iced tea, which he ordered unsweetened, came out tasting like it had a pound of sugar dumped into it. And the donut order was wrong, too, and of course we didn’t find that out until we were home. How can someone mistake blueberry for Bavarian cream? Even over a speaker system, they don’t sound alike. I guess this Dunkin location’s theme song must be Meatloaf’s «Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad.»

Where do I begin? Initially I was excited that a new DD was coming to my neighborhood. This one still needs some staff training. I have yet to get a correct order from the drive through. I am a devout iced tea drinker and no DD makes an iced tea that does not have a coffee taste. Not a fan but this DD takes it to a new level. Ordered an unsweetened tea (was picking up a breakfast and coffee order for the office) when handed the tea it was unusually dark so I asked is this an unsweet, she said yes. I even commented it was really dark. Pulled away took a sip and iced coffee filled my mouth. Yuk. I’m not a coffee drinker. I pulled back around but the line was long so I went in and corrected the order. Got to work told my story and handed out the remaining order. Three incorrect sandwiches! This was not the first time this happened. If this one doesn’t get their act together there is a starbucks next door that is beginning to look appealing.

Good quality food, the caramel latte was the correct temperature and not too sweet. Service was a tad slower than other Dunkin donut stores I have been too but on their defense it was 35 degrees out and everyone was trying to get their hands on a hot cup of joe.
