Gray place… Really good service. Not sure about the other review but I use my homeowners policy with State Farm which covers my stuff anywhere it is. Just had to show proof of insurance

Called for pricing and spoke to them 3 times over 2 days and got pricing each time. When I finally booked it and showed up with my movers, 3 men and 27′ truck AND started them unloading, they hit me with an extra $ 15 a month for «mandatory» insurance coverage. This was one of the people I spoke with and didn’t confirm or deny what they did. They just said it’s mandatory and felt pretty comfortable they had already boxed me into a corner since it would cost me an extra $ 200 to pull out then and find a new storage location with the movers on the clock. This extra charge was never mentioned before I got there on the 3 separate calls.
Very deceptive of them to play games like that. Don’t trust them !
