We had Florida lock and key change the locks in our home after purchasing it. They did a fine job of that. However, they left with my husband’s key ring containing his vehicle key and a key to his tool box. When notified, they were ‘too far away’ to come back with it, so mailed it to us. It never arrived, although they swore they mailed it. Now we have to worry about where that vehicle key ended up. Also, my husband had to bore out the key hole in the tool box. Won’t be calling them again.
