Check out the Forget Me Not Bus Service web page. The owners have removed the blog where cheated parents were posting information to help others file complaints. There is also a different phone number now listed.
This company is continuing to solicit business. I got my money back, thank God, with the help of my bank. I’d hate to see others fall victim to these people.
Avoid at all costs.

Today I found… the number is no longer working…
After many frustration of poor service, I asked refund early October 2014. Joy… promised it will be processed after 30-​days. Since I was a customer in 2013. I thought she will do it. That did not happen. I called many and emailed… never got the call back. Whenever my call went through, she promised (lied) to process the refund on specific day (a few days later). The last promised date for refund was 11⁄28. Now… seems… they ran away. Discovered… Paypal does not accept dispute after 45 days since the transcation. They owe me more than $ 700 at this moment. I don’t know how to get it. Do I have to call FBI?

I also recently found from my driver that the company’s vehicles are being repossessed due to nonpayment. Of course Joy did not say anything to that tune when I spoke to her one day ago. So in a nutshell if she is telling you to wait around and she is resuming service I would be skeptical. Calvin Williams 6 785 494 155 was the contact I was given in case anyone wants to confirm status for themselves.

I am going through the exact same thing. I hired them so I wouldn’t have to leave work to pick up my son everyday but the opposite has been true. Their service is highly unreliable and Joy has no idea what she is doing as a business owner. I also pre-​paid for the whole year and she won’t return my calls to even discuss it’s return. I am disputing it with Pay Pal and will pursue legal action if necessary.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I bet they will be shut down soon or go MIA.
