Had the service for 10 months. Lawn has shown no improvement and actually looks worse in some areas. The website leads one to believe the technicians are highly trained on their farm, but my experience and the comments made as I was canceling the service indicate that may not be the case. I was offered 1 free service as consolation for a technician that I wasted money on for several months. The service is quite a bit more than TruGreen or Scott’s and is no better.
