Well, I don’t think we’ll be using HH Gregg again. Washer and dryer to be delivered today. They called as they said they would, then called back to say they can’t install as the vent didn’t come. I called the store and they had someone run it over. That was great customer service. The delivery staff arrives and inform me that the stacking kit wasn’t sent either. While they are making calls they are talking amongst themselves saying they can’t wait around, they have a lot of deliveries, etc… Making the delivery you’re on RIGHT now is your top priority. A half ass job is worse than having to reschedule a delivery/​install you haven’t started yet. They start to unpack the appliances while their manager is bringing the stacking kit over. And they find the washer is damaged and I can’t accept it. So, more calls. They take out the old appliances and bring in the new dryer. Where is your new plug? I told them that I don’t have one and will reuse the existing one (its only 2 years old). They can’t do that. But, yet, 15 mins later they attached a brand new plug. I’m asked to sign the delivery receipt indicating that I’m only taking possession of the dryer. Supposedly their manager and crew is on their way with a new washer and will complete the delivery and install… that was 20 mins ago… I just called and guess what… they aren’t on their way. They don’t have the unit in their local stock. So, now its set for Monday… we’ll see how this goes…

Very horrible
refrigerator took almost 2 months nor delivery. Have anyone know the boss phone number? please, i need contact to them to let them know the general manager doesn’t know how to run the store .my patience running down and get ready to connect to tv news to let this store go out the business.

Hhgregg is only a sales organization. Horrible delivery (I have missed over 6 days of work just trying to get a refrigerator delivered). Bad quality frigidare product returned unrepairable 3 times so far. Terrible Customer service. You have been warned!
