Had a desktop tower fail and was told after a free diagnostic check that the hard drive was the issue. My estimate was very fair and I left it with them. Several days went by and apparently some other issues arose. They replaced the motherboard and after found that was not the issue. Finally they determined it to be the power supply and replaced that.
I’m figuring another few hundred dollars, but when I went to pick it up, they stood by they’re estimate and apologized for the delay.
